Great store with a great variety of selections. Super nice folks.
Almost double the price of what's right down the road at Food Lion. No wonder not many people were shoppimg here. The deli was... a mess. I couldn't tell where the line started as people were getting chicken and actual deli goods on several different places.No numbers to pull for priority. Skipped that mess altogether. Wasn't worth the time to figure it out and none of the employeeswere paying attention to help with the actual line orientation. Grabbed the few items I needed and headed out. I called Lowes Foods and was greeted by a employee named Ethan. I explained my recent disappointment about an unknown purchasing... lpolicy that Walmart in Eden would not honor. He found someone to give him the correct answer and promised to meet me atcustomer service when I arrived. Just as promised he was there. He showed me the available selection and even let me know Icould later speak to the product manager Jason. What a very wonderful shopping experience from phone call to store exit. TheStaff that I encountered were so professional and friendly. The store was well organized and appealing. Thank you Lowes Foodsfor assisting me and handling everything so professionally. I drive 25 miles just to go to this store. I spent $150 on groceries which I paid for with $100 bill and the rest I put on my... debit card. I checked my bank balance the next day and the whole amount was put on my debit card. The cash was taken and not puttowards my balance. When I called the store to notify them the manager said ?we see on tape that the cashier had it the cash inher hand and the drawer was off. Then I have to drive back to the store to get my $100 instead of them putting the money back onmy debit card. I understand that mistakes happen but not one person apologized for their mistake or offered any explanation orcompensation for the inconvenience. I?ll take my business else where. Thanks Read more
This is probably the best grocery store in Rockingham County. The selection and variety is nice and they stay pretty well... stocked. If you ever need a not-so-typical grocery item, your best bet is trying to find it here. Read more
A very nice and clean store! There's plenty of selection and all the departments are always just about grand opening ready at... all times, with a wonderful staff. The prices are rather high, but that's to be expected these days. This particular Lowes Foodsis much needed in this area, and they deliver on the demands of their customers.
