I have to say I had a great visit when I went. But my daughter was telling me about her visit there and I was so lovingly... surprised when she said she had had for gotten to take some medicine so she ordered a drank at the new window and then she wasgetting her money out she noticed she was missing a $10.00 bill she but the young lady at the register told her that it was okshe would cover it. Milk was curdled that I paid to have put in my coffee and they forgot to add the vanilla. Paid extra for all of it! Very... disappointed and grossed out that I even tasted it. I have stopped going to McDonald's all together because this has become soprominent with every location. If their espresso machine or ice cream machine isn't broken then this has been the experience. Imiss quality with them. Even the apple pies have changed and taste wierd now. Please do better. One of the last times I got acoffee before this, from McDonald's I ended up drinking some sort of cleaner for the espresso machine. I knew what it wasbecause I have worked around the machines and know what the cleaner smells like. But that should have never made it out thewindow. I?m not giving them forfive stars only for the reason that, yes they correct the order without attitude and they do it promptly,... however if it?s made right the first time there should be no reason I have to go inside or leave my home to go back to therestaurant and have my order corrected. The line workers need to slow down just a hair and read what the orders are and do themcorrectly the first time. I will give them three more visits before I review this review and adjust the stars accordingly. Read more
Clean store. The staff does not seem to be very engaging, I guess that is what the huge Kiosks are for... It was very easy to... use the kiosks to order our food. The one downside is that I could see all the fingerprints from previous users on the kiosksand there were not any sanitizer wipes to clean them. The food was correct and was ready fast.
