We placed our order on the kiosk and it didn't print out a receipt. We went to the cashier to get one printed out. The cashier... ignored us and helped someone who walked in afterward whose burger was made incorrectly. Then proceeded to bag other orders andcompletely ignore us for atleast 5 minutes. Not even a hey there I'll be right with you or anything. Then she had a horribleattitude with us. Wouldnt even tell us if our drinks were ready or anything. She completely was disrespectful towards us and allcustomers that were in line waiting for her to take their orders. And nobody was wearing a name tag.I will not be returning tothis location ever. Plus Why have the table tents out if they aren't bring food to the table? Plus the person prepping food wasonly wearing one glove. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place never has fresh food. Their food used to be good when they first opened and now you... can bounce their chicken nuggets off the wall and use the burgers for hockey pucks. I HATE stopping here. My burger was so oldeven tho I asked for extra pickles it was far from fresh made, and the fries are so stale when you get um they?re alreadygritty. I?m just absolutely over it. I wish they would keep the regional manger in there all the time because when he or she isthere is the only time the foods made right. I?m just disgusted. Read more
The drive-through was extremely slow all, three of my medium french fries were extremely cold, I was charged $.30 each for BBQ... sauce to eat my french fries even though I didn?t want any ketchup, my burgers were very poor quality and the manager in thedrive-through was extremely rude the younger regular employee was nice but the manager definitely was not?. Wife walked in ask Laura does this McDonald's cares to customer satisfaction her answer was I can do just about anything but... under cook meat...I knew I had the right PERSON! My wife likes tomatoes and onions on her egg mcmuffin but for some reason theserestaurants are not willing to add them even for the cost due to it being a lunch or dinner item...NOT LAURA she made itpossible and this meal was the best we had ate at for a long time! On our way home from a camping trip, we stopped for gas and breakfast. I had to order at a kiosk and drink size was not an... option. Received a small tea but it was good. I would have ordered a large. Crispy chicken biscuit was beyond crispy! It waslike sawdust. McMuffin was burned. We had bought a bacon biscuit for our pup as a treat. It was the best looking item and sheenjoyed it. The rest was tossed. Since we were traveling, could not return to the restaurant. Read more
I travel across state lines as a field surveyor. Today is the second time I've stopped by to get a quick cup of coffee. Both... times, the doors were locked outside and inside. No signs, no sign of any workers, and other frustrated pedestrians just tryingto get a bite to eat. I don't have time for drive thru and a lack of inside service is very inconvenient. Read more
