Just sat for 45 mins in the drive thru all to be told my food hadn't even been made yet and that it would be another 20 mins.... The girl with glasses has terrible customer service skills, she never gave me a receipt and didn't care at all to correct myorder, smoking a cigarette and being on her phone was more important, I understand considering the pay but no one should waitover a hour for "fast food". me and my boyfriend go to sheetz quite often as we like the hotdogs and they?re cheap. We bring our dog with us and we usually... have a great experience with the workers and they always give our dog a pup cup. he gets very excited for them and loves themand also loves making new friends. Well today we went through the drive thru and was met with an older blonde lady who was ruderight off the bat. Her tone was off immediately. She gives us our order and my boyfriend asks her for a pup cup for our dog andshe very rudely says ?we?re not doing that anymore.? My boyfriend says ?since when? we came through twice yesterday and theygave him a pup cup both times.? so she was obviously lying and then says, still in a very rude tone, ?since today.? As I said wecome here often and usually are treated very nicely by the other employees but this older blonde lady was really rude and it?sjust disappointing as we love sheetz. She needs to do better because her attitude discourages me from wanting to go back. Read more

Went to the Sheetz this morning and placed an order to pick up in the drive through. Paid for it at the window, waited a few... minutes and then was given my order, but I noticed the bag felt light, so I double checked and half my order wasn't even inthere. At this point, I wait at the drive through window for several minutes with the employees just looking at me and notbothering to come over and help. Finally, one employee comes to the window and asks me in a rude tone "what are you waitingfor?". I told them they forgot part of my order, got the rest of it a few minutes later and left. Not sure who these employeeswere, have never seen them during the morning shift, but wasn't pleased with my experience. Need to do better than that if youexpect to keep customers satisfied. Read more
I usually don't have any issues here with food orders, sometimes I get off very late / early morning and need something quick,... usually you're good for that. Today you didn't do so well. Hotdogs were very clearly microwaved, to the point the bun was toughand chewy and the sauce was left off entirely. You can do way better. Read more
We come here every week. Mostly the food is awesome. When you ask for your sub to be toasted, you expect it to be toasted. ... The whole point of toasting is to warm the sandwich and melt the cheese. I could have had a cold sandwich at home Read more
