**Update October 2022**(photos added)This is the newest Owings Mills location and it's terrible! My family and I love Chipotle... so we keep playing roulette despite the fact the we know we will encounter rude associates, overcooked or undercooked food, noone wears a hair net and the location is often not clean.** Update*** I hate that I love this place but last week was the finalstraw!! Visit Chipotle in 21136. Maaaaaan the tall black man was amazing and taught me about certain meats I was like what animal... this meat came from lol ???? he was like chicken. Lmaooo my children kept calling me on FT. But it wasn?t a emergency I?mlike don?t call me it?s not a emergency. And he like ?yess a mother need her peace ? you know I felt that cause I did. A calmwent over me and like someone understand me. He made my bowl to perfection. That wasn?t even it. The lady who rung my orderup ask me ?is there anything else you need before you go ? I felt amazing leaving. Then I got home open my bowl it was soogood. This experience made my food soo much better. It?s like they wanted to be there. I wish I knew their name. Beautifulpersonalities I was laughing. And smiling it?s crazy I was just arguing with someone and Boom done changed my whole mood. This is by far the worst chipotle I?ve went to. They are always rude and never have anything. Why work at all? My child gets out... of practice 30 minutes before y?all close. We arrive every time from 12-5 minutes before 10:00pm. They never have anything. Whattime does the kitchen close here at this location? What time is last call because 10:00 isn?t it? Read more
If there was a minus 10, I will rather use that rating! That?s how terrible their customer service was. Today was my first and... will be the last time I will go to that Chipotle branch. The dark skinned lady who attended to me served my food in a very nastyand angry manner and she was no sorry about it.. she used insisted on scrapping the bottom of serving dish even though there wasa freshly made one that i requested for? she rubbed her gloves all over the serving area (that was very messy) and used the samegloves hands to add cheese to the meal? ????. Dear Manager, this issue should be addressed and the staff on evening duty todayshould not be attending to customers. She is literally ruin your business unfortunately, you are not there to see it.. and ifshe is the Manager?, she is ruin her own business. 3 month later update: this location isn't perfect but it has definitely improved. You can eat inside on clean tables. Portion... sizes are good (I was too hungry to take an updated photo). This is a solid 4 star. Have to order online. Location is cleansince you can't eat in. Portions are a little small versus other locations. Not horrible but not outstanding taste. Thislocation is better than the one foundry row location, but that location is also the worst in any state I've been. Overall, thisplace is only good because it has the benefits of being new. I used to like this Chipotle, but at this point, it can go to hell. Seriously. First the midday disagreement I had to have with... a line worker who, for whatever reason, took issue with the fact that *I*, a person who does not eat meat and avoids soy proteinmeat replacements, was okay with waiting for 6 min for fajitas. Ma?am. Only one of us was on clock? there was no rush for me. Itold her I would wait or she could trash it, her choice. She then went to the online order section & ?found? some fajitaveggies. Then proceeded to ask me two more times AFTER I told her I don?t eat meat or soy what protein I wanted. Tonightthough? I, the person who doesn?t eat meat, paid $17.76 for someone else?s barbacoa bowl with guac & whatever else ON TOP OF myown $14.37 veggie bowl & kids quesadilla. Why? Because of the carelessness that accompanies a shortened & very tired staff. Ifelt bad for them, but at the same time? unacceptable. ESPECIALLY, Brandon, when I tell you that I paid for someone else?s orderand you just ball up the receipt and say ?my bad?? THEN WALK AWAY. I was so livid that I knew Baltimore County would be called,so I just walked out. I had no kindnesses. No more patience. No grace. None. To top it off, the young sir forgot my vinaigrette(probably because he stopped ringing me up to tend to another matter). Speaking of? my partner and several other patrons wereasked to TIP FOR AN ASSOCIATE TO STOP AND MAKE VINAIGRETTE one night on a separate visit.
