The service was very slow. They only had one bartender and a very large group came in so we waited almost 15-20 min for our... drinks. The Adult Strawberry Lemonade was delicious so it was worth the wait. The wings were good, but the fish tacos were not.Very mushy fried fish, no flavor, and the sauce they use tasted like mayonnaise. Had never been in the area before, but we were on our way to a particular restaurant for dinner. Then we saw Full Moon - and we... were hungry - NOW. We sat at the bar, as it is our usual preference - ordered drinks, and asked "Kelly" what they were worldfamous for. As she was giving us the list, a guy across the bar yelled FISH TACOS, to which Kelly said, "they're reallygood". My dining partner said "sold". Once our human menu continued, I stopped her at "Ruben Sandwich", and asked what dressingthey use. When she said "homemade Russian dressing", my heart skipped a beat - I about fell off the stool. It's my favoritesandwich, and finding an establishment that makes a "PROPER" Ruben is extremely rare these days - they've all gone to INCORRECT1,000 Island. In short, my dining partner described her Fish Tacos as "DELICIOUS - (and I shouldn't have eaten them all)". Ifmy Ruben wasn't the most delicious I've ever had, it was, BY FAR, the largest. In fact, it was BOTH - hand's down. THIS Rubenshould be patented. The bar area wasn't crowded, but we quickly felt like we were in CHEERS. No one knew our names, but we weresoon engaged in friendly conversation with everyone else there - as if we were regulars. Great bar in Westminster, MD off Route 140 with ample parking. Affordable prices, tasty food and a nice beer selection.

This restaurant and bar is amazing. Food was DELICIOUS. The band (EBB and NOVA) was outstanding. Do not miss this great vibe.

Last minute decisions to head out for dinner on Valentines Day doesn't always work out so well. However, owner (and host) of... Full Moon was very accommodating for our party of 7 (that ended with 9, lol). He was easy to talk to, offered suggestions fromthe menu and checked on us a few times. We were a large and a bit loud for Vday, but we never felt rushed or unwelcome. FullMoon is not 5-star fine dining but 5-star comfort dining serving great comfort foods. No fancy furniture or decor but has whatI'm looking for in a meal; healthy portions, full flavor and sensible prices. We had the crab dip and a bowl of Chili for starters. Both were very good. The crab dip had a good consistency, went well over... the baguettes and the crackers. Chili was very good, chunky, lots of cheese, meat and yummyness. Main course I had the Greekchicken wrap. I have to tell you, this thing was delish. The olives, dressing, chicken, peppers all mixed together.... ThisGreek girl was happy! BF had a Ruben, it was jammed packed with corned beef kraut, dressing and it all came together perfectly.Olivia was the perfect waitstaff. We needed absolutely nothing at all. Good bar food is hard to find. But they have it here. Along with a beer list that will keep everyone happy from your miller... light drinking uncle to your hipster nephew who only drinks ipa. Can't wait for the weather to get warm again and the outdoorsection to be open again. Read more
