It's hit and miss honestly, like other reviews ingredients are missing. Got the deluxe crispy chicken sandwich and I got it with... no tomato, waited almost 10 minutes for it to be corrected by a 2nd employee whom acknowledged me and finally corrected it afterthe first went mia. While waiting an older lady told an employee that she received sweet tea when she ordered unsweet tea beinga diabetic, this is not acceptable! Along with that they received the wrong item, how hard it is to verify orders?smh Read more
I would give less than one star if I could, put in an order for curbside and was the only car over there with only about 3 cars... in the drive thru and the order took over 20 minutes to come outside and then the raggedy looking young girl that came outsidejust stood there and looked in my face like she had an attitude that she had to bring the food outside. Last night I went here early morning for a quick snack and was told through the Intercom that the system was down and that I... couldn't use my app AFTER I already made a mobile order. (Inconvenient) Then the drive thru employee was very snippy and on topof making us drive to the THIRD window to wait for my food that I thankfully had cash to pay for, my burgers were OVER cookedand my dries were somewhat warm (which was why we were told to wait) and had NO SALT. the overnight crew should be reevaluated..! By far the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. I placed a mobile order and sat in the designated spot for 30 minutes! Just had the most disappointing experience. I picked up a mobile order curbside. When I got home I discovered my big Mac only... had one beef patty. The fries were only half full and not even remotely warm. I expect some heat loss on the way home but thesewere room temperature. They went right in the trash. The strawberry and cream pie I ordered was actually an apple pie and mycoke was mostly carbonated soda water. I tried calling the store but it rang endlessly and when some did pick up they hung upon me. I just wanted a quick dinner after a long day of work and wasted my money. Read more

No matter if going inside , mobile order or in the drive thru order always takes a very long time to get, food is never as... ordered and most every time our order has always been missing items. Sat in lobby for 15 minutes one time and was never greetedor helped, took me hollering across the counter for someone to even look my way. Read more
