Came for the reviews, stayed for the taste... well technically I would stay if I wasn't from out of state! Was looking for a... quick bite and researched restaurants near me (they were 15 minutes away), but the several positive reviews caught myattention. Drove the 15 minutes, and not being connaisseur of Mexican food, settled with the easier order, the bowl. And boy ohboy, even the simplest things can make a whole lotta difference. One bite in and I knew it was a top review from me. The bestbowl I've had (again, the usual ingredients) in a long time, and the taste of the ingredients did the trick. Very well done,seasoned and spiced just right. Didn't regret and delighted for once the posotive reviews stood up. My only regret, not beingin town long enough to sample more options, but I'll certainly be back when in town. Cheers! Read more

VISIT DATE 4-15-2022: Ok, I rarely write a review on anything however I really wanted to express our experience with Piedras>... We have known it was there for several years but just never tried it. We are Mexican food lovers but have had the Good, Bad andugly over the years at various restaurants / carry outs. Truly, to call this "Mexican Food" does not do their cuisine justice!South American food with a Gourmet flair. Best in Baltimore!!! We just tried the pork taco and the nachos. I gotta tell you, wewere delighted with the service, ease of ordering, food quality and the portions! rare to get all three right but wow! Just WOW.Ingredients were Very Fresh and the gentleman at the counter we dealt with was very friendly and professional! I never told himit was our first time there , I wanted the "usual " treatment. Pricing is fine...if you want good quality you got to pay forit right? Right! For two orders of custom made nachos and the taco our bill came to $30 +or-. Was REALLY tasty and now wefinally have our local "goto" Mex food joint! I know I said the portions size was good....would have loved it to have a littlemore chips and have it stacked a little higher, but that's cause it was so good and I wanted MORE!!!! Today was my first time, but definitely won't be my last. If you live in town or are passing by, this is a must stop place to... grab food to go or eat in. The food is delicious and has amazing taste and flavor. The quality is top tier and the prices areeven better. O YES! Those 2 words describes this place perfectly lol. So far I've only had the Crab Burger and the Tacos, and both were... PHENOMENAL! Definitely seeking to try everything on the menu! The only negative I would say is that this place is a bit pricey,but the food is WELL worth the price! Read more
