I had ordered 2 cold cut sub along with a large pizza, large fries, and a cheese steak sub. Upon delivery we did not receive 1... of the cold cuts, when the manager was informed he said that we did not order 2 cold cuts and placed blame on us. Simply becausehe did not want to take responsibility, they also are adding on a $4-5 delivery fee. I placed an order on Door Dash, on the site, they listed 15 in pizza. The restaurant delivered a 12 in pizza. When I called the... restaurant the rep said they don't have a 15 in but they have 14 in and 16in. She rudely suggested I take it up with Door Dash .I feel that the fault lies with the restaurant, they should make sure the correct items are available on their site. Usually ifthere is an issue the restaurant calls they could have issued us a 14 in. No refund suggested or no options to try n make itbetter. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered online at 7:45am for a Amish logging lunch crowd that I had working at my farm. I wanted to treat them. The time to... pick up was very important as they are very set on their schedule of when they can take time off to eat. I put the order in andwas supposed to be ready at 11:15, to get home by 11:30 (their specified lunch time). When I showed up, (a little early) themanager/or owner hadn't seen the order. He stated they usually don't do orders until 12:00pm. What? They got the order going,and they did try to make it fast. And it was hot. (guess so, it had just been cooked) ~ they did apologize some, but for 110.00dollars worth of pizza/subs/and fries, you'd think they could of been a bit more apologetic. Probably won't visit there again.There are to many pizza places that can be more timely in a large order that was requested 4/5 hours before picking up. Read more
