I am highly disappointed in this restaurant. I am a new resident in the area. My first time ordering my pizza was 2 hours late... and cold and remind you like live literally not even 5 mins from store. My second time calling nobody in the store answer thephone and I called literally 11 times which I find very unprofessional. Read more
Easy online ordering, pizza was delicious and prepared as requested. The delivery person was professional and very nice.
Placed my order instore tobe made a specific way. When i opened up the box found it was made wrong. Called back to complaint... but received a very pleasant and apologetic individual. Offered to replace the pizza and gave me options as to how quickly Icould receive another one. One way i could get one approximately 30 minutes delivered, or i could get one by the next day. Evenquicker if I like could return back and it should be ready. As promised I returned and no waiting it was ready. Hot, fresh, andgood. Read more
I got a one topping pepperoni pizza instead of a triple pepperoni pizza. My other three topping pizza was VERY lightly sprinkled... with toppings.I?m better off going to little Ceasers, for a way better deal and a correct order. My side salad was wet, withered and had old wilted onions on it so that was a waste of money because I didn?t eat it. This is... what a $4.99 side salad looks like from this location. No love added what so ever! My cheese sticks were burnt but at least theDetroit style pizza was the only thing that was enjoyed. Two things - I ordered a pizza with LIGHT sauce and EXTRA cheese. I got exactly the opposite. I ignored this because I was... hungry. But then I also bit down on what appears to be a piece of wood in my pizza. After telling me it wasn't wood and it was apiece of crust, I was told I could be refunded but they needed to pick up the pizza (never mentioned the wood) I asked did theyneed the stick as well she said yes. She later changed it and said I needed to text a random number the pictures and I would berefunded tomorrow. No type of apology. Do not order from here. They clearly do not care. Read more

Today I decided to give Pizza Hut another chance and my experienced mirrored my last one-star review. I have asked my family to... please shoot me if I EVER consider ordering from Pizza Hut again. Received an email telling me my food would arrive at 6:45pm.At 7:00pm I called to check on the status of the delivery and the phone rang about 20 times and disconnected. At 7:02pm, Ireceived at text telling me my food would arrive at 7:49. The food finally arrived at 7:32pm, but we had already eaten becausewe were too hungry to wait food with an uncertain delivery time. The food and the money we paid for it are waisted. Anotherexperience like this and we'll go back to pizza Boli's. Read more
