They took forever and made us wait for our drive through order in a parking space. Part of the order was missing (the chili) and... we found a hair in the fries which were cold when we got them. Chicken patty looked almost burnt like one of the other postershere. READ THE REVIEWS. You will get hair in your food if you even get it all, and they don't care. Absolute worst Wendy?s I?ve ever been to. The girl at the drive-thru window was extremely rude. I ordered their new hot honey... chicken sandwich and this is what they gave me. Then the girl just stared at me when I asked for my chili I ordered. I didn?teven bother to go back. Read more
How do y'all consistently mess up orders? Wrong type of nuggets, asked for spicy chicken instead of grilled in a salad, given an... ENTIRELY wrong order! Every time I order from here, it's SOMETHING. The only reason I gave you 2 stars instead of 1 is becauseat least I got food. Read more
Absolutely Horrible Service! The staff is so Unprofessional, rude & ghetto. You can definitely tell they could careless about... the customers and are Only there for a paycheck. Perhaps they should have someone from Corporate act like a customer and seehow terrible the service is. Training is an understatement for this location. The fries always look old & over cooked and theydefinitely need to change the grease. I will never spend another cent here. Read more
Absolutely my last time coming here. I've gone back a few times to try and give them another chance, and this was the last... strike. Terrible customer service, long wait times (even if the only one in line), and they ALWAYS mess an order up. Been comingto this location over 10 years. It's never been as bad as it has been the past few months. Seems like the quality of ingredientsare slowly declining as well.
