The ice cream was outstanding had a nice rich flavor it was not soupy like the other ice cream parlors I've been visiting and we... used to stop at Ward's Drive-In the ice cream on the way home from Hinckley when we were kids brings back memories I wouldrecommend going to this place price wise just like any other place cost us almost $10 for two medium ice creams but with cost ofliving I was expect to pay that much but delicious ice cream very friendly staffing recommend it Read more
I know we are dealing with inflation but I have been coming here since it was called Horns. I ALWAYS get a banana split and its... been right around the same price ($5.50 to $6.25). The other day I was charged over $9. The menu says its $5.50 for a bananasplit. But they charge .75 for each topping. Its a joke. I would be less upset if they had straight up prices on the menu.Unfortunately my family and I will be cutting wayyyy back on visits. Read more

Bottom Line Up Front: Dont like the way the new ownership is dealing with customers or business. This place has been a staple... in the upstate community for a while. It has changed owners prior to this season. We hadn?t been down since they had openedunder new ownership, so we called to verify the hours, it was still cash only and that they had food. We were told yes they hadfood, it was still cash only and they didn't close until 9:30. I called around 8:40, ish, said we?d be down for a burgershortly. We stopped at Bailey's (Northway) to grab the cash and head down. We got there at 9:06. The sign with the food isgone. Now there are laminated menus in little holders like the real estate agents use. Hopefully, those get cleaned regularly. Imean standing in line reading a big menu worked for the last 10 years for us. But, hey, okay. The windows were all closed. Whenwe approached, a lady opened the window and said they were closed. I pointed at the lit sign on their building, stating Ithought they closed at 9:30? Yeah, food stops at 9, and ice cream is open until 9:30. I had just had a conversation with them.They could have mentioned the kitchen closes at 9. I'm disappointed. We live up here year round, and look forward to this placeopening every year. We have all our visitors meet us there, grab a bite and a treat before bringing them up into the middle ofnowhere where cell reception, GPS, is spotty if it exists. I have referred this place to many people. We use to stop for asnack or treat or food at least 3 times a week in the summer. I don't think I will be going back. It might be the hungertalking, but I feel like I was given a middle finger on this instance. Read more
Cute place and good food! I got the buffalo chicken sandwich with curly Cajun fries. The hot fudge brownie sundae was amazing!... We had a big group of about 18 people and the staff did a great job handling our orders. Read more
Love this place. Food is delicious. Simple menu. You'd have to wait for your orders but they're worth the wait. Every so often... there is a classic car show which is very nice. Lots of people gather around chatting away with good food and desserts. Thisplace does not accept credit cards, cash only. Only Open during Summer Season. Read more
