Normally this is a very good establishment with happy employees however I wasn't able to cook dinner tonight so I thought let's... go to Subway. I checked the hours and saw the closed at 9pm and it was still 8:40pm so I knew I was cutting it close but stillrisked it anyway. I did not expect to open the door to a rude greeting by being told "You will be lucky if we get to your order.We close in 15 minutes and I'm wanna be locked up on time." While they were busy that is no way to talk to a customer in anyway, shape, or form. I am very disappointed with whoever your team was at this location tonight and they should go through acustomer service trainings video again because that was the worst service I have ever gotten. I ordered online so it would be ready when I got there and it was not the server acted like she was mad at me it was 15 mi.... Past the time I was to pick up. Another younger girl started making my order and said the were out of guacamole which I saidwas fi e but would like the refund since I paid online the other girl comes out and slams a condiment bottle on the counter andbarks here it is I just made it.. My wrap was already made and bagged I just told to keep the money and left.. Very poorcustomer service and I am sure the one girl was training I actually felt bad for her. This was a great experience! We have a family with nine kids and the app would only allow us to order six subs at a time and... then crashed. We were short on time and coming from a open house so we tried calling the store and a not only took our orderover the phone but they took the time to make sure all of the orders were correct and had it ready by the time we arrived. I bought 4 footlong subs. I asked for banana peppers on the side. They put them in paper. The containers are for sauces only. I... discussed this with the owner. She owns the Morley subway that was closed for about 3 weeks due to several employees havingcovid and the Remus subway. I don't want wet banana peppers wrapped in paper to soak the paper and get it in my food. I savedher email in case I catch any flack for telling people the truth about all of it. She's too cheap to give me a 2 cent plasticcup with a lid for my peppers but not too cheap to take my money. I'm done giving it to her businesses. Read more
Working tonight is (I believe the name tags said) Melissa and gage. You could tell they were busy and possibly over whellmed but... both had great smiles and great customer service, both getting things done as quickly as they possibly could, good team workcommunication. Great place. Recently renovated so it is vary clean. They recognize my face so service might be biased. They don't know their... lines though as they have yet to ask if i am dining in. Nor do they use the dine in trays that i can see on the back wall. Butthat is the norm for subway. Read more
Most of the employees are wonderful, especially the manager. Lately some of the newer employees are either slow( taking almost... 20 minutes to make two subs) or are creepy saying hunny and sweetie a lot! They usually always have fresh ingredients. They dorun out once in awhile. Read more
Don't come here. Second time with a bad experience but I figured I'd give them another chance. How hard is it to honor your... price and make a sub? Really? Today I brought a coupon with me half of a sub for $3.99 which was sent to my house. Lady made thesub and then would not accept the coupon and charged me $7.50. Apparently they just send you coupons but don't honor them. Theywould rather throw the sub away after making it and lose a customer and get a bad review then honor the coupon when Mountpleasant honors them no problem. Read more
