Worst speed of service ever ; 10 minutes to be approached at the counter. Another 10 minutes to wait on 2 bacon and Eggers. Will... say best/freshest food have had from any location compared to Ottawa though. Read more

What a disgusting A&W, place was filthy and instead of actually cleaning up the staff were too busy socializing and flipping... cups around pretending to be Tom Cruise in Cocktail, flys everywhere, EVERY table was unwashed, our shoes stuck to the unwashedfloor, even the chairs were sticky, on the way to the bathroom(I was desperate)I passed the condiment centre...yikes....thenthe bathroom, are you kidding me !!!
