Worst speed of service ever ; 10 minutes to be approached at the counter. Another 10 minutes to wait on 2 bacon and Eggers. Will... say best/freshest food have had from any location compared to Ottawa though. Read more
Food was hot when we got it. Two teenagers working mainly talking to each other, polite but slow. Worst thing is the place was... a mess. Floor has food and dirt on it tables and chairs were pushed all over the place. Read more
What a disgusting A&W, place was filthy and instead of actually cleaning up the staff were too busy socializing and flipping... cups around pretending to be Tom Cruise in Cocktail, flys everywhere, EVERY table was unwashed, our shoes stuck to the unwashedfloor, even the chairs were sticky, on the way to the bathroom(I was desperate)I passed the condiment centre...yikes....thenthe bathroom, are you kidding me !!! Ordered 1 decaf coffee, 2 creams, 1 sweet potato fries, and a teen burger combo with black coffee. Was handed 2 coffees, one... REGULAR coffee, 2 creams, one double double, the teen burger and fries, but no sweet potato fries. Mentioned the black coffeewasn't black. Told it would take 3 min for a new pot now. Confirmed second coffee was decaf, they don't make decaf, justsubstituted regular. Instead of giving our money back, my mother had to chose a different drink. Got lemonade she ended up notliking. After waiting 5 minutes for the sweet potato fries, we asked again. They forgot. Could we wait while they made more? No.Want our money back. The manager(?) said the sweet potato fries were never paid for. My mother ended up with no food or drink,but paid for the lemonade she didn't drink. The staff was clueless with other orders as well while we were there. Two stars onlybecause they got a small fraction of the order right. Avoid this one. Read more
The staff is supper friendly! They made our order of 12 buddy burgers fresh and brought it to us in the parking lot. The burgers... were delicious! I will definitely stop at this A&W again. Read more
My girlfriend and I went in to grab a quick bite to eat and waited 10 minutes to be served. They started to serve us and left to... do something else and forgot about us despite it not being busy. We had to say something or we wouldn?t be served. After theyfinally took our order we had to wait almost 20 minutes longer to receive our order and even when we got it and got out to thecar, we noticed that one of the burgers didn?t have the cheese we paid for so we went back in to request cheese to which theygave us attitude again and delayed in just getting a slice of cheese for us. The quality of food was poor, the service was poor,the cleanliness of the store was poor. Whoever is the district manager for this location really needs to spend time teaching themanagers how to do there job. Read more
Ordered lunch today. 94$ Missing items, onion rings falling apart and over salted. Burger was just awful, couldn't even finish... it. Best part of meal was the drink. Very disappointing! Read more
