Depends who's working. I always got my poutine here because they're not shy with the gravy!! I wish everyone was trained the... same. Today there wasn't enough hot fudge on the sundae, barely any at over $4 each. They fixed it though. All good. Read more

Usually satisfied. Great food. One of our favorites in town for fast food. Tonight though, I went by to pick up the cake I had... ordered and it was closed. Website says they close at 10. At 9:54 the lights were off, the drive-thru was blocked off, and theonly car there was a car with DQ decals. Couldn't see anyone moving around inside. this is the worst DQ and unfortunately the only DQ in Renfrew. First of all they serve their ice cream mistakes to customers... even if the ice cream has been sitting in their freezers for hours let alone days? Bonnie who makes the cakes usually uses themistakes and blends them into their ice cream cakes so technically you?re never getting any fresh ice cream. Especially theoverall prices of their products, ridiculously expensive and you don?t get what you think you?re paying for. Secondly Bonnie isa harsh employee there that?s very rude not only to the costumers but the young kids that work there, she clearly emotionallyabuses them and takes out her frustration with them if the job gets too stressful and blames others for her mistakes.
