Worse Mcdonald ever. Waited 20 mins before the cashier would even look at us and when she did we asked why it's taking so long... to take our order she said they were short staffed. She didn't even say hold on a min wouldn't look at us. Lol but I watch 3 ofthe staff members staring into a paper bag for 5 mins trying to figure out a order. Wasting customers time not trained rightmanager should be fired cause there is no way I would let that happen being a manager. Ughhh awful service walked out couldn'ttake the ignorance anymore. Renfrew location specifically. We stopped in to dine in, regretted it. I'm not the tidiest person, but this location was filthy.... The table looked fine but the floor hadn't been swept all day. Might not matter to some, but with a young kid you notice it.I'd rather she play on the grass outside than on that gross floor. The new "updated" restaurant looks nice but makes dine-infeel unwanted. There is like ZERO menu above the teller, just two huge screens with ads (not even the rotating screens withvarious menu selections that we've all gotten used to.) Teller (manager likely) just tried to upsell to their new crispy chickenwhen I asked for the "value menu double cheese burger", then he put it in as a standard double cheese until I remembered theexact name of it (Mc Double, only one slice of cheese but like 75cents cheaper, which adds up when you are ordering 2 for anumber of people), then he rolled his eyes and fixed it. But without a menu you have to remember and guess, and be upsoldexpensive options. The self ordering kiosks are around the corner in the aisle area. I've used them before, but these feeldisconnected and pushed to the side. I guess this is to limit contact, but not inviting in the least... lined up along the wall,like standing at a urinal. Drive-thru service was fast even though busy. We got lukewarm fries. Fries are meant to be piping hot! Warm, limp, undercooked... fries are simply not acceptable. Waste of money! Smoothies were great, especially for $2 each Read more
Food is great - normal McDonald's quality. Slowest drive through I've ever been through. Especially on Friday evenings. They... just can't seem to get orders through the windows. Read more
This is a great McDonald's! I came here twice and it was very busy both times. The washrooms were very clean despite how busy it... was. The wait for my order was short and I received all the items ordered accurately. I would recommend this McDonald's tofamily and friends. Read more
Open 24 hrs and staff are very friendly helpful and extremely courteous. It's also been renovated including the driver now... offering lanes. I was very impressed and the food was piping hot extremely tasty. I will be back, I mean, come on it isMcDonald's you can't stay away for long. Read more
I like the Pembroke McDonalds, but consistency is an on going issue. Still 4/5, but this time the iced coffee wasn't made that... well. Maybe it's in my head. Overall good job. Staff was super nice. Read more
Stood in line for 10 minutes, got ignored, watched drive thru get special priority while lobby got ignored. Won't be spending... another wasted minute at this location, I'll head to Tim Hortons instead for a coffee Read more
