We ordered biscuits and gravy with hash browns. It?s was sooo good! We went through the drive thru because we wanted to find a... shaded area and eat in the car, the drive thru was completely full, but our whole wait from getting in line to getting our foodwas probably 5 minutes. Very slow service food was cold the work was only doing one thing at a time and... so was the cook I placed my order at 11.15am I didn't get my food till 11.35 order 3 burgers and a chicken strip meal all the5.00one should have taken 5min at most and then they was saying the ice machine was broken. Been in drive thru since 2pm...Paid for my 10 pc tenders at 2:33.. was told to pull forward to wait on my 10pc tenders at 4:43.... I finally was fed up & went in to see what the problem was. My tenders were still sitting in the basket above the deep fryer andthe employees was "stocking" the back and goofing off instead of cooking the food for the others in the drive thru and insidethe restaurant. What few staff they had appeared to be untrained. We decided to go in and eat due to the drive thru line. Once inside there was... massive line, most waiting for their food, and the cashier was waiting almost ten minutes or more between taking each order. Ittook almost thirty minutes before being able to order and almost an hour before getting our food. On the upside, no one wasrude, and the place was for the most part clean. Read more
