Great bar, with some really unique takes on classic cocktails. Veteran owned establishment. Quick service and polite staff, took... the time to acknowledge us and let us know it would be a few minutes before serving us. Buyer beware for the happy hour. There is a tiny (and I mean tiny) asterisk denoting which few of the cocktails are eligible for... the discount and zero written/spoken reminder. You could totally miss it if you are even slightly vision impaired. I'm not ahuge stickler about inclusivity but I could easily see someone that has a hard time seeing/reading getting stuck with a billmuch larger than they intended. Even a slight menu revision would solve this problem. Read more
Loved it!!!! The atmosphere was so cool and the staff so nice and welcoming!!!! Went for trivia night and had a blast!!!! ... Great drink selection and everything we got was just amazing!! Cant wait to go back. Read more
This place had a great atmosphere and service was very good. We just had one drink each and mine was the 1864 Manhattan with a... rye whiskey I had never had before. The well was Old Overholt. Which is decent for a well but I paid $4 extra for somethingdifferent. Drink prices are reasonable. They have so many niche bottles of whiskey and so few of the popular favorites; Iwould have really enjoyed a menu of some kind with prices and descriptions. I will have to come back when someone else isdriving and try a bunch of new bottles. Read more
Was recommended the place by a few friends so we decided to come here as a large group. Nice cozy spot with couches to sit down... on. It's not extremely spacious but if you ask to move some furniture around to make room, they should let you. Good drink menu.Had a great time here Read more

My wife and I came here at 10p on a Friday night, it was moderately busy but there were still plenty of places to sit. The... bartenders are really friendly and are eager to help you find a liqour that is right for you! My wife got a hot buttered rum andI got a reno special (bartender chooses the drink,you choose the alcohol) with a Santa Teresa 1796 rum and we both wereimpressed with the drinks! Great place on California St. Watching the snow fall was quite magical through their windows. Great service, busy environment.
