The drip coffee is dark roast, certainly not to my liking, but may appeal to the Starbucks crowd. There is no wifi and that is... probably done on purpose to foster community and conversation, but I do that at a bar or the park. I need wifi and my instinctsdirect me to a coffee shop. It's a chill place and the layout is really nice. I also love that they seem COVID cautious, evenin August 2022. To that end they have a nice big air filter running. Except it's right out in the open, in their really nicespace. It's right where seating should be, or a trash receptacle. Instead there's this monstrous, unsightly, dirty air filter(the filter mediums look due for a change). There is tons of nice outdoor seating front and rear. They didn't have anypastries to choose from (just some snickerdoodle cookies). 3 stars for the amazing space, and coffee that some people might notwince at whilst sipping. Read more

Staff seemed put out by having to do their job & not happy to be at work. Drinks were ok but not great, will not return.

Perfect place for start your day. I went with my other 8 friends there every Wednesday. We drunk coffee every Wednesday. We... enjoyed and talked a lot there. There is no time limit to sit inside or outside. Beautiful and calm area. Even, the staff are sogood, very calmly listen your order and perfectly made your drink same and quickly. I like the place a lot. Lots of options fordrinking and eating. Very good menu. Read more

I love visting local coffee shops while traveling, but unfortunately I had terrible experience listening to the two baristas... yell at each other, on top of the rude customer service. Coffee was okay but pricey for what I got. Read more

I have always loved Bibo coffee and after not living in Reno for some time I decided to stop in and grab one of their... unforgettable iced chai lattes. The chia is still amazing and so were both of the sweet baristas that helped me! My 1 starreview is coming from the fact that when I asked if I could tip the lovely ladies on my debit card I was informed that theypersonally don?t receive any of the credit card tips and that they only get to keep cash tips! Working in the service industrymyself, this is infuriating because that directly tells me that the owners are pocketing at least half or more of the baristashard earned tips. Both workers said that they have to get new jobs because they aren?t making enough and I don?t blame them.Needless to say, the coffee is good but I will no longer support a business that steals from its own employees. We had a great experience; the coffee was delicious and the lady who took our order was very helpful and was super nice. She... described all the specialty drinks we asked about and didn't seem bothered in the slightest. We then sat and enjoyed our coffeein a nice relaxing setting, with reclining chairs! That was a nice surprise. Read more

$6 coffee and no WiFi.... Even the majority of coffee places in second world countries have WiFi. Get with the times Bibo... (unless you're trying to be ultra hipster and disallow any tech at all, you should only accept cash in coins then ;) Coffee isgood, ambiance is nice, but with no internet.. I'll be going back to Starbucks Read more
