I?ve lived in this area for over 30 years. I have given this restaurant a total of 4 try?s since they opened. The first week the... food was good and service was quick. Within a couple weeks I?ve seen a complete decline for this restaurant. I?ve gotten nothingbut cold food, been ignored by staff, even when it?s not busy at all. For example: I received half of my dinner cold and thesalad warm and soggy, then had to wait more than five minutes to ask for utensils and a refill, and to top it off wait another 5minutes for cold fries. This all occurred during one visit. They need new staff that actually take pride in their jobs. It?s notthat difficult to bring someone a meal when it?s done on time. Read more

It was a chaotic dinning experience after a long baseball game and we were really hungry!! We were finally told to seat... ourselves and waited a while for menus... it was crazy trying to get a server to take our order and after 45mins for our food myson was on tears cause he was soo hungry!! Me and my husband were hiding our starvation so my son didn't notice!! The food andservice was not good enough to return until things have changed!! Please note this and do better!! We are in walking distancefrom you and would love to return after you work out the kinks!! Read more

My partner and I live within walking distance and we were excited to try dinner here. He got the Buffalo chicken sandwich with a... Caesar salad, and I got a burger advertised to have grilled onions with fries. His food came out a good 10 minutes before minedid. It?s always a bit weird when one person is eating to avoid letting their food get cold. His sandwich was okay, but hissalad was so overdressed it was nearly inedible. My medium rare burger came out very well done, after waiting for it for 10 orso minutes. Also, my burger came with raw white onions, and not the grilled that were on the menu. The fries are clearly handcut, and are very good. Our tab with a round of drinks came out to $60 and change. I managed, served, and bartended for years,I would have absolutely bought our round of drinks. It was a really unimpressive meal. It?s always a bummer when you know youcould have made something infinitely better at home for a fraction of the money. The service was good; the bartender was veryfriendly, and took her time with us. Maybe we will try this again, but their menu is like many other menus in town, and thefood just wasn?t good. Read more

Love the original Bighorn, been going for years, and we were excited for a new location even closer to home. Pulled up, saw... dogs on the patio, and picked a table outside. Our server saw a dog with us, took our order, apologized for the normal"hiccups" a new location usually has (totally understandable), and we assumed we'd have a pleasant drink and a snack. Instead,we were informed by the manager (?) the other dogs on the patio were customers of Black Rock Wine Bar, despite there being nodemarcation lines, and Bighorn is not pet-friendly. Is this an instance no one thought would come up immediately? Even with achange in policy, I don't see us coming back to either location, as there are plenty of pet-friendly venues in the neighborhood. Would like y'all to succeed, but the interaction rubbed my partner and I the wrong way. Read more
