Absolutely filthy place. The smoking side hasn't been updated in YEARS it appears. Went in 4 weeks ago to have a couple beers... and play some pool. Went back yesterday and chalk that was on the carpet 4 weeks ago was STILL there. The bar is falling apart,the gaming is SUPER tight, and the area hasn't been truly cleaned in years. I have been going to other Bully's locations for along time but this is likely the last we will stop by the Galena location. The bartenders are great for the most part. Friendlyand quick with drinks and food. The food is far too overpriced for the quality and what you get. For some reason every time Iorder the same thing it comes out differently? I'm done ordering food here for the cost/quality- Flowing Tide it is. Advice formanagement: CLEAN. It's appalling that the same spills and crumbs on the floor are still there after over a MONTH. The bar isgenerally empty- your staff has more than enough time to spruce that place up. It makes me question what the kitchen looks like-gross. Wish there was a Flowing Tide here instead- they seem to care about investing in their locations quite a bit more thancan be said about this Bully's. **Edit** Forgot to add- one of the last times I was there staff overserved a woman to the pointwhere she passed out on the gross couches for a few hours. Received this. I have no words for how horrible this was. Ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, but clearly didn?t get... what I paid for. Said the best they could do was 10% off my next order. I and my family love coming here at least once a week,but sadly as of now we will not be back. Server?s name was Vanessa and didn?t once treat us kindly, and when I called to see ifthey could make the pizza I paid for, she was very rude and hung up on me. My whole family heard how rude she was on speaker,all we wanted was a pepperoni pizza. Update. Still have yet to receive a refund or what I ordered. They stole my money andwon?t help. 10 percent on a future order is insane for missing the correct pizza on a $70 order. Read more
If I had another sports bar near me, I'd go there. Update 3/1: Good luck if you want a beer that they only pour on the smoking... side, it's frequently inoperable. It seems they band-aid the chilling system rather than repair or replace correctly, and when abeer sells well they won't move it back to the family side of the restaurant. SMH Read more
Been going here since little days back in the 90s . Over the years and different owners, it's pretty much remained the same.... Menu gets occasional updates which include some unique options like the big mouth burger or the pizza pretzels. The wings are asgood as any and the srirachayaki is great for those enjoy some spice. The food and service is always consistent. Unique pizzarecipes makes for a different taste than anything else you'll find in town. The spirit selection is decent and they haverotating and seasonal taps. Great for family, sporting or business meetings. Read more
Good food great staff and great sports bar. The wings are the best including the non tart Long Island Ice Tea. Very clean place.
My last review I gave this restaurant and bar 5 stars. I used to patronize this bar daily. The food was always good and the... service was fantastic. When the manager was moved to the Sparks store things began to change. The senior bartenders thatprovided the best service complained about the new manager and started quitting. Service went downhill. I decided to try themagain recently. The latest bartender provides bad service and is rude. I ordered a burger and it literally came with nothing onit! I have ordered this burger here scores of times and it always came out perfect with other bartenders. Of the thousands ofburgers I have ordered in my life this is the first time I got a burger with nothing on it - on a to go order. Ridiculous. Italked to the manager and he didn't take any responsibility for the employee he hired and trained. He said he would look intoit and call me back, he did not. This is clearly a management problem at this store. Avoid south Reno Bully's. Go to the one inSparks with a good manager. Read more
