The service is outstanding. Food is pricey. It is Fresh and they have a lot to choose from. Saying that, my husband didn?t... really like his food either time we ate there. He shared some of his bacon from his BLT and I didn?t care for it and I?m a hugebacon lover. I did like my food better the second time around. We didn?t care for the pastries and wasted them. Food was pretty good and very nice portion, great service too however their lighting situation is pretty awful. The ceiling... lights are super bright, the place is mostly white as well. In short, not very intimate nor resting/pleasing etc....I suspectit to be on purpose so one eats there and gets out as fast as possible, must be more profitable that way than having peoplelingering around and enjoying themselves, right? ;-) Read more
You really have to dine in this place. Their food is awesome. Girlfriend had the Tune Melt and Waffle Fries and I had the Patty... Melt with Potato Salad. Both were out of this world. Best of the best and all for less then $50! Don't just take our word forit, go dine for yourself and you'll be amazed. Read more

Everytime I go to the Peppermill Casino and Resort I always try and stop by the Cafe' Milano. The chefs do an awesome job on the... food and the service is outstanding! One of these nights I will have to try their Italian restaurant I hear it's to die for lol. Read more
Looking for something a little different, we ventured out to the Peppermill. We remembered the coffee shop as having great... desserts. The wife wanted sweet and I wanted savory. We chose Cafe Milano. She ordered a chocolate brownie train wreck and I,the veggie penne pasta. Her dessert was as advertised but parts of the brownie were stale dry. It was disguised by the whipcream. The presentation was not as good as our memories. The veggie penne was okay, just a bit too acidic for my taste. Maybe Ishould have opted for the olive oil instead of the marinara. The service was fantastic and was the only saving grace. Read more

By far, the fastest service I?ve ever received as far as dine in establishments. I stayed at the Peppermill for 3 days so it was... convenient to eat at Cafe Milano. But the food was top notch and the service was the best I?ve ever received. Each time I ate,no matter whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner, I got my food in 4 minutes. 4 minutes. I mean these are good sizeportions. All in all, staff was very friendly but were about their business. The staff worked like a well oiled machine. Ican?t give enough praise to this restaurant.
