I'll never understand on what level someone must exist to lack the ability to provide items as ordered. Orders they actually... repeated back to me. I asked for a Biscuit with Egg & Cheese. She repeated it back to me. I confirmed NO meat. She repeated itback and said she got it. Of course I believe that she's not totally incompetent so I pull up, grab the food and head off.Then, ten minutes away, I pull out the sandwich to find it has sausage on it. I don't have time to go back and [attempt to] getthe order made correctly the second time. To anyone who works in fast food, it's not that hard. I was the only customer there.It's not like they were swamped. They are either too lazy or lack the base level cognitive function it takes to put egg andcheese on a biscuit. Read more
Kind of a sad location. Empty but the employees were nice. The food was kind of bland and not something I'd get again.
Purchased a fundraising card for local high school. Restaurant informed me they are not honoring the BOGO Famous Star on the... card. In store promo is BOGO for $1.. For $1 on a $50+ order they drove away a customer that spends more than twice that much amonth at that location. Congrats Read more

Have been going to this Carl's Jr for years. I used to love to eat here. The service here has really declined. Was standing at... the counter for more than 3 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Kid in drive thru dropping F bombs. The personthat took my order didn't even look up from his phone at all while taking my order. Doubt that I'll return. Read more
Recently moved to Reno from San Diego area. I love Carl's Jr. This location, not so much. Went through drive-thru and heard... the order read back to me correctly. Ordered burger no cheese and no tomato. I got cheese and tomato. Will be looking forother Carl's Jr. in Reno. Unfortunately since I was driving and took off, I was not going back to get it done correctly. Ohwell. Read more
I ordered California double cheeseburger and received two dried Pattys. I know something was wrong When I bit down and could... bite through the patties. I know that they were left out more then the time they could leave out after they are cooked. Read more
Had a great time at this Carl's Jr. 10/18. Service was immediate the minute of walking through the door. Attendant at register... who I can only ID as CKE, was very attentive, patient and friendly as I was there treating my 89 year old mom to her favoritefast food restaurant.
