Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that the drink machine wasn't mixing any of the sodas correctly... Employees knew and... didn't seem concerned. Likely fixed by the time you the reader visits, but indicative of the overall vibe. Read more

I asked if they could grill my onions longer and the girl says they only do prep in the morning. Basically letting me know she... really doesn’t care about the quality of my food. That was confirmed w how cold and chewy the fries were. She scanned my cardand didn’t practice and sanitary measures after touching modem and getting my order together. The burger was not only a singlewhich I asked for, the bun was WET. Fell apart as soon as I picked it up. When I called about the mush she offered to replacethe order but I just wanted to bring it back and get a refund. She said she could only refund the burger… no ma’am you’llrefund whatever I return. Cashier had attitude like she didn't want to be there and didn't pay attention to what was being said. I get that she's young,... and not happy, but No need to show it. Especially if you want to turn an attitude towards the customer. Read more
UPDATE: 2020.12.02 - Came back to wait for Tires Plus to get some new tires installed. Their waiting room is horrible. ... So..ordered some breakfast. They try to make sandwiches out if crumbly, dry biscuits. Still not recommending them for theprice. On a good note, they are actually cleaning the tables. Unlike before COVID. :) ALL of the booths are closed off. Justthe seating near the window is open. The employees were great! ?----- It seems that the quality of their food has been goingdown. This place is clean, prompt service, and friendly staff. Both times I've been here the fries have been fresh and crispy. The... burger was made with the freshest lettuce and tomatoes I have seen on a burger. Read more
