Regularly this location is awesome, never extraordinary but what do you expect. This time around it seemed like a manager taking... ky drive thru order. She couldn't listen to the order, maybe distracted maybe just above having to work the drive thru. Eitherway I clearly stated the carne asada torta, asked if I wanted the combo but couldn't understand no thank you. So she asked whatI said. Then asked for one of each of the chicken rollers. That request was too difficult because she had to clarify again.Normally wouldn't bother me but upon getting home with my 9 dollar "EPIC" torta this is what I get? They grill their tacos and burritos are grilled. It gives it a nice taste and texture. Their taco burgers are awesome.

While the food is good in the NW Reno store. The staff does not seem to be concerned with food costs. I picked up a combo #9... today and was given 17 packets of mild sauce... has that sunk in 17 packets of sauce for a burrito and a taco. I used more thannormal because they were there but still have 11 packets remaining which will go where? The garbage can. Read more
Order was completely wrong. Asked for no tomatoes on my burger, got tomatoes. Didn't get my drink either ????. Poor burger... looked sad too. I was really looking forward to the burger, etc and it was a huge disappointment. Read more
