OMG. I should have known better than to bother with Dominoes. This place is just a cesspool of incompetent workers who are... absolutely clueless about customer service and customer retention. Don't waste your time ordering. It's a frustratingexperience. As a matter of fact, don't bother with Dominoes at all. They're all the same. You order and then you cross yourfingers for a problem-free delivery. I ordered. I received a text saying the driver was 2 minutes away. I waited nearly 15minutes at the front door to the apartment building. I called. Rude worker said: "We can cancel. We can cancel." I told him todo what the (blank) he wanted and hung up. Don't place your order with a credit card if you decide to gamble on these people.Use cash to avoid any further frustration. Read more
Always have done online ordering and in person pick up. Love that I?m able to track the progress online and they text me updates... as well. I got there 2-3 mins before it was ready since I had to pay still but they made sure the order was correct had a bagfor the extra sauces. The thin crust pepperoni was definitely a fan favorite. Their app needs to stop being so intrusive. Doesn't work with vpn active and continues to fight after disconnecting vpns. It... selected the wrong domino's and made me drive further than I should have had to do. Read more
I've ordered here three times in the last three weeks not once was I disappointed. I ordered little Caesars three times through... door dash and it was a terrible experience. I am so glad that dominoes pizza is here in Reno I'm from San Francisco area inCalifornia. I love this pizza deep dish pan pizza. The sandwich I ordered Philly cheese was delicious. you can't pay with cash if your order is over $30 which is annoying. when I called to confirm, whoever answered the phone was... rude. I work in a restaurant, so I use mainly cash from my tips, which is why I was trying to use the pay with cash option.Massive inconvenience and to be honest is just gonna make dominos lose business. **Updating, I wasn't paying with bills over 20nor did I need change back. I ended up getting pizza hut instead, paid with my small bills I had including the tip for thedriver. It has nothing to do with breaking bills. Read more
Pizza was made perfectly, and the man who delivered my food was very kind and polite. I?ve ordered from this dominos in the past... many times, and all but one experience was absolutely perfect (and that?s only because there was a lot of orders,) the staffhere deserve some love from management. I wrote a five star review for this Dominos when it first opened over a year ago, but I have to adjust my assessment. They... still make good pizza, particularly for the price. But they must be under new management because their current ability tohandle online orders for a scheduled pickup time is a joke. If you ask to have your pizza ready for pick up at a certain timeand arrive at the specified time, that is when they start preparing your order, even if you paid online in advance. So, nomatter how much lead time you give them, you still wind up waiting at the parlor for 15 minutes. The owners should fix the issuebefore they start losing customers. Read more
