Great service, very nice staff! I'd give them 5 stars for service. However, the location sucks and that's definitely not the... employees fault. I'm not an entitled A-hole willing to block traffic (and risk a ticket) just to get my basic b*tch vanillalatte. I'd be there every day if it was off the road. When it's stacked to Virginia (most days), I'll just cruise another mileto Starbucks. It makes me wonder how much business they are losing due to the traffic problem. Read more
Drinks are good, but it seems like every location is filled with teenagers with low work ethic. Lines are always to the streets... and further, so I generally park and walk up to the window. I order my drink and watch for 10 minutes as the staff inside stopsmaking drinks to talk. It's a constant occurance. The quality of the drinks is the only reason dutch bros gets 4 stars. If thedrinks weren't absolutely fantastic, it would be a 2 star tops, based on work ethic alone. Read more

It seems that no matter which Dutch Bros I go to the staff are awesome and the coffee is great. A very good combination. I am... a little preferential to the shops off of south Virginia st. However, I have been to them all. Bonus they have a militarydiscount. If you can't tell I don't go anywhere else for coffee in Reno. Read more
Good drinks, they move peoplle through pretty fast. But specifically this Dutch Brothers and the one further down on South... Virginia love to ask questions. I always feel like I'm in a 60 minutes interview every time I just want a coffee. What are youdoing today? Where do you work? How do you like your job? What do you do at your job? What are you eating for lunch? Whathours do you work? I know they are are just trying to be friendly, but I just want a coffee and a smile and I will give youtip. ;) I will say this... my order is always correct. They do listen to you when you're ordering. And that is a rarity inthis day and age. So good on you guys for that. Read more
