Customer service has gone down. I went in on Tuesday and then this morning. I got a horrible latte with no flavor or coffee and... this morning I expressed my concern to the barista. First time tried a raspberry lemonade blended. Excellent!!!
Few minutes back we ordered 3 drinks 2 medium Blended oat milk mocha and one kids medium green apple smoothie. We were charged... $18.13 but the lady taking the order never given the bill receipt. When we check the medium drink prices online it shows $3.50.We are still not getting how we were charge $18.13. Keep an eye out and ask for order receipt. In a great location easy access to a drive thru, additional parking, the seats are right along the main busy road though. Great... customer service, convenient hours, beautiful views, they have a covered seating area to protect you from weather except windhaha, near a dispensary, auto dealership, several other businesses are down the street. Normally Dutch Brothers is great, but I don't know what's up with this location. 3 times they just forgot that I had ordered... something and I had to reorder after waiting like 15 minutes. Several other times they just got the (single drink, notcustomized) order wrong. They're very friendly and apologetic, but that doesn't make up for the bad service. Read more
