Me and my daughter decided to have a late night burger after going to a local go-kart racing event at Need for Speed. We had... had two burgers at a local rival but we decide to go to five guys here in Reno. Even though it was really busy they got ourhamburger done with 5 minutes. Awesome burgers and fries. I had the bacon cheese burger with everything and could barely finish it because it was giant Free... peanuts as well and cool drink machines that let you customize your soda/lemonade/etc. A tiny order of fries is like getting alarge at any other quick takeout restaurants. The Five Guys franchise has consistently served delicious wholesome Burgers and Fries to my family and me for almost two... decades. In addition to stellar food, service has been consistently professional, courteous, and quick. I?m glad to say thefood quality and customer service hasn?t waned over the years. This evening, there was a slight mishap with our online orderthat led to it not being ready for pick up. Surprisingly, the manager recognized the mistake and reimbursed the meal with thesecards!
