Their hours are completely wrong. They are not open until 10pm. We arrived at 8:30 pm on Friday evening on 11-4-22 and the doors... were locked. We were told by a family member that it was packed at 7:30 pm. They were eating there and told us to come down. Wedrove all the way from Washoe valley. Our 10 year old was so sad. My to-go order was cold, missing key items, such as gravy for my chicken fried steak, and when I drove back to have it corrected... received another cold order. They were busy, but I managed a restaurant, and would have never allowed my staff to provide sucha sub par order when correcting a mistake! If anything, I always tried to rectify the problem with a much improved order?..NOTmore cold food evidencing a serious problem with the staff! We are all human, and mistakes aren?t a huge deal, however, whenconfronted with a direct issue it is tantamount to improving the customer?s experience and NOT hindering it! Read more

Always good pancakes but only 1 star here due to rude staff. Staff needs training on their rewards program. Waitress had no idea... how they work & called her manager over to the table. They had me order my free pancakes online while she took the remainder ofour order by hand, when all they needed to do was scan the barcode on my phone. Waitress was very rude to my son when paying &threw the change at him & it went all over the floor. Would give zero stars for this specific location if I could. Read more
The food was great, but there was a lack of service. We sat down next to a family of 16 who came in 20 minutes after us, we had... 2 different waiters. They ordered before us because it took our waiter 25 minutes to get around to taking our order. Theirwaiter prioritized and checked in on them every 5 minutes. When she was walking near us when we needed service, she wouldpurposely look around the room and ignore us. The food ended up coming out fast, but when it was time for the check, it took 30minutes to get her attention. Then we, (2 people) ended up leaving 5-10 minutes after the family of 16. Read more
I went to this IHOP for a late breakfast about 1:30 p.m. a couple of days ago, winter of 2022. I'd brought my Sprinter van in... from Carson City to be worked on at a nearby dealership. I was hungry. It had been 4 hours since my coffee! As I was looking atthe menu I saw the over 55 two plus two plus two breakfast. I know you're wondering what that is besides tasty. Two eggs, twopancakes. Two link sausages. The tab was $9.08 with tax. One of the pluses of being over 55. My server was responsive and quickwhen I was ready to order. My breakfast came out soon thereafter and I enjoyed it.
