They completely forgot one of the two orders of my fries. It was pretty busy around 10pm I'll give them that, but the drive... through was moving really fast- which is great until you realize the real reason why. Make sure you double check that yourorders are made correctly before speeding out of the drive through and all the way home otherwise you'll likely end up kickingyourself for the rest of the night like I did. Always terrific burgers!! In and out is my family?s ?go to? for an amazing fast food burger. Made of 100% grade A beef. And you... can literally watch them slice the French fry?s out of fresh whole potatoes. We just love this place. It?s a little bit of adrive going either to Sparks or South Reno. In-N-Out is In-N-Out. What can I say? We don't have one in Bend, OR so we try to eat at one when we can. Burgers and fries are... consistently good. Reasonable prices. The employees at this one worked like a well-oiled machine. Fast. Efficient. Polite.Friendly. It's always very busy, but they work real hard. I hope they are paid well. Read more
This is a place that would make me want to come back to the West Coast (I'm from NYC). Burger was amazing, and sooo good. Fries... werent bad but could've been better. Also I love that they give you the option of eating in your car and they give you a placemat. It was quite cute and funny. Prices we're definitely great, wasn't expecting to be that cheap ???? It's in n out. Fast, the food tastes good and affordable. Not much more is needed to say about it. Only tip I have for you all... is never go through the drive through. Park your car and walk in and order. It's always 10x faster. Read more
I?ve been to several In-N-Out?s in California, Arizona and Nevada and have never been disappointed. This was my first visit to... the Reno location and was pleased. Ample parking, clean property inside and out and super delightful staff in addition toabsolutely DELICIOUS food! Always a must go to when there is one near my travels. Highly recommend. Read more
The foods tasted good because every one had unique taste and fresh quality. So, the restaurant is always better than McDonald's... because their foods were more natural and healthy to eat. So, I would recommend it since they were always delicious. Read more
The food here is always excellent, you almost want to go back through and get more. Despite the pretty consistent line that... backs up to the end of the parking lot, they make the food fast enough so you're not waiting for years to get your food.
