Friendly: yes Clean: Sort of (New location, so no built up grime, but all the tables were dirty when I visited.) Speed: It was... busy, but they were very quick Value: A little over priced compared to quality Burger: Not impressed. Mediocre meat, flimsy bun,mealy tomato, Flavorless onion. Fries: Weird texture, like some kind of chewy foam. The flavor was .. well, salt. Justsalt. Shake: Too thick for the straw, but like water once in the mouth. Also had a strange flavor, reminded me of freeze driedice cream (Astronaut Ice cream). Overall: Ok service and sub par food but, huge plus for being one of the only dine-in optionslate at night. Most places around close their lobby between 6 and 9 pm. Here, they have it open until 1am. Read more
I sat back and watched. I'm telling you. Great marketing and business model. Like a well oiled machine. Not one employee stopped... motion. Always in tune with customer needs. I needed a glass of water and turned around and was asked if I would like water. Thefood packed in my large box was just as I ordered it.with All of the sides and sauces. Well worth the price and the eagerness toplease reminds me of a day long ago. When the focus was on the customer and the food, and not a mind filled with What If? You don't go to in-n-out because it's the best hamburger ever, it's not. What it is, Is a fresh fast food burger, that tastes... great. The fries are sliced in front of you, everything is spotless, the well paid staff is friendly and professional. It'salways busy, but never slow. You go to in-n-out to remember your childhood, to take a moment and enjoy nostalgia. It's simpleand that's the beauty. Secret menus that everyone knows about, great food and memories. Read more

What?s there to say because it?s an In-N-Out! If you know, you know. This new location doesn?t disappoint. Plenty of parking... for walk in and expect it to be busy at certain times. Honestly, there?s no good solution for a busy drive thru but the waythey wrap the traffic for this one was WELL thought out. This location has the most outdoor seating of the 3 in Reno/Sparks. Simple menu (unless you?re going for the secret menu), good food, fast service, lovely employees. Read more
I love the burgers here! The fries are kind of eh, but that's not this location... That's just In-N-Out fries everywhere. The... service is phenomenal here!
