Got ultimate bacon cheese burger meal. Drive-thru was fast and easy with no problems. With little to no waiting.
Bad Service & Bad Food. My Chicken Sandwich was OK - But my Brother ordered a Chocolate Shake & they just - forgot about it! And... - when he Did get it - it wasn't mixed Right! People next to us ordered Tacos & the Lady made em & just - Left em sitting therewaiting to be Bagged up - For "10" minutes! Went there to get 2 #5 combo meals with small fries and small sprites. Specified that one of the hamburgers be lettuce wrapped... instead of the buns because one of the burgers was going to someone who is Celiac. Celiac is a medical condition where theperson affected is totally allergic to wheat products containing gluten, and suffers greatly whenever it is ingested. Theimmature behavior on the part of the management and the employees make this place not only a non customer friendly place, butalso a dangerous place to eat. Ended up with 2 hamburgers on buns, 1was supposed to be lettuce wrapped,1 curly fries (that Ididn't order), 1 regular fries (that I did order), and 2 sprites. They tried to withhold my receipt as usual, but this time Iinsisted until they reluctantly handed it over. Tried calling their store over 10 times, but they never answered. Drive through speaker wasn't working well and lights off on the menu board so it was hard to read. Order was incorrect even... though repeated a few times. Food was mediocre. Terrible food and service. This was at the Damonte Ranch location not LemmonValley Read more
