We really liked all the food. Got right in. Generous portions, a little expensive but we?ll definitely be back.
Terrible customer service. When I got home I found that I was missing food that I paid for. I called, they gave no apology or... care for the matter. The cashier talked to the manager who said no refunds unless I drive back that same night. I live on theother side of town and not willing to spend the gas money to drive back there. And that is not a credit card policy, it?ssomething they made up just to make it difficult on people. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said the manager isn?tthere?turns out it was the owner she was speaking with (Ten or Wen) who refused to talk to me because he doesn?t speak goodEnglish. Yet, I could hear him in the back ground speaking English and he was laughing at me and making light of my situation.Simply not caring that they just ripped me off. The cashier told me to call back tomorrow and speak with the manager to requeststore credit. Honestly, after how I was treated, I?ll never eat there again. There are far better places in Reno that havebetter food and superior customer service. Read more

All our dishes very tasty! I took 1 star off because the dry stir fried wide noodles was not that dry but more on the wet side.... The lettuce cups were really good. I liked how they put diced Chinese sausage into the filling. Jazmine beef was also good. Thesauce was sweet. Read more

Quite the experience, the food was outstanding, out of this world, it?s hard to find lamb dishes in a Chinese restaurant, these... were simply amazing, atmosphere was elegant and the sushi was an added treat. It?s not for the price sensitive, their were 3 ofus and the bill without booze was $160.00 in the afternoon , I?ll do it again asap? Read more

Be on the lookout for bugs in your food. They are tiny like a chia seed. We found them in the wonton soup and the mixed veggies... on 8/8/2021. I?m the camping sorts so one bug doesn?t ?bug? me but there were 10-15 that I counted AFTER I ate most my soup?even I was a little grossed out. I called and made them promise to throw it all out and she replied ,?nobody else complained?and that she would ?tell the chef? lastly, I asked to talk to the owner/manager and she replied,? he doesn?t speak English? Note: they offered to give me a new soup or a credit for next time. She also said that my order was too large to refund. I?m nottoo mad about the no refund (I?d like to see their employees paid) but it was handled very poorly. Read more

The sushi here is decent, but where this place really shines is the Chinese food. You ever heard of upscale "gourmet" Chinese... food? If you're like most people, that's like saying gourmet Mexican food! Wha? How can that be? Well, yes, here at Jazmine youcan experience upscale gourmet Chinese food in an upscale atmosphere offering a full bar and excellent service. Some of thefood items that are absolutely the best you ever had are the pot stickers! Bigger and fatter and tastier than any other! Theskin is nice and thin and delicate, not all thick and doughy like most places offer. The dipping sauce is even better with morecomplex flavors than most Chinese joints. OMG, and then there's the fried chicken wings! It doesn't occur to most, that Chineserestaurants even make deep fried chicken wings or that they'd be any good, I mean, wings are supposed to be Southern right?Wrong! Chinese make the best dang chicken wings you ever had! This place uses premium chicken wings with more meat and decentsize, over the dinky sports bar wings with no meat on em kinda wings! Get these as an appetizer! Most of the items on the menumay be priced a little above most Chinese places, but that's because Jazmine is using the best ingredients and not cuttingcorners with junky meat or anything.
