Customer service was great...very attentive. Food was great tasting. But I got 2 orders the first one was two tacos but they... never asked me if it was to go and assumes and put it in a bag no napkins etc...so I orderedy.second thing chips and guac andliterally it was to go and it was a handful of chips and a little scoop of guac I was kinda disappointed at that point ..I Knoit's fast food but don't u guys have plates or trays ...also bathroom went pitch blackthe whole time using it Read more
Oh my goodness these people!! They were so nice, quick, friendly, and polite at 330 am because I was so burnt out on Taco Bell.... Yes they're a little pricier but they are more than worth it the food was hot, fresh, and delicious even with only thirtyminutes until closing. Would highly recommend them for great food any time but especially late night. Read more
Their tacos never used to be this greasy when I worked for them back in 1975. Use less crisco/lard. These should have some... crunch to them. Though they brought back the nostalgia of the 70's, I was slightly disappointed. And what happened to theirdeep fried powdered sugar cherry or apple empanadas?? Read more
Interesting history as compared to the employees who work here, the quesadilla was lip smackingly delicious and the nachos made... an extra meal in transit, a pleasant luxury just like the appeal of pizza leftovers. So yum! Read more
We didn't like this place at all! Bad customer service and the restaurant was dirty inside that we decided to eat outside. The... food was not as good as the other jymboys. Everyone knows jymboys tacos are greasy but this time my tacos were more soft andgreasy than regular. We're not going back for sure. Read more
I love Jimboy's Tacos! Every time I go through Reno I stop at this location, it has a nice dining area and it's pretty big.... They're always very friendly and the food is delicious! I always get a bean burrito and a ground beef taco with mild salsa cups.Classic and amazing! I'll be stopping by again in a couple days on my way back through town. Can't miss it! Read more
