I had the most uncomfortable threatening experience with your manager yesterday afternoon. To the point I had to leave with my... two children because I was scared. There was no one else working nor sitting to eat. I had no back up. He was extremely rude andvery aggressive towards not me, but my children (3 and 5yr). After speaking with friends, they?ve had similar situations withthe same man. It?s scary to have someone like that representing your brand. Great spot close to my house. The subs are delicious no matter where i get them. Good service and like all JJ's ive been to,... they make it fast and yell to make sure you know its ready. Favorite is a regular number 7 with extra hot peppers. They are alsovery fast at delivery. So you never have to wait long. Read more

This store is so friendly!!! Yesterday was my dad's birthday and so I wanted to order him a sandwich since I couldn't be there... with him. I asked them girl, Desirae, if she could write "Happy Birthday, Dad" on it and she giggled and said "Awe! Ya, ofcourse!". It's the little things that make customer service so important. Gotten many sandwiches from JJ?s and just recently received a sandwich from this location with barely any meat on it, called to... complain and they simply said that?s the way it is, didn?t care at all that I just paid $8.00 for bread, lettuce, tomato and amicro slice of turkey!!! I will NEVER go to this location again?GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE, I HOPE THIS LOCATION GOES UNDER!!!
