shaved iced was 1. way more expensive then advertised (says 3.50 but payed 5) and 2.the syrups made our mouths tingle and lips... burn like they were very expired. dont go here they dont care and it looks really unclean Read more
Pork was dry and tasteless. Didn't taste like authentic Hawaiian dishes. Beef was tough. Chicken was too spicy. Online menu was... misleading No fresh fruit/pineapple on anything. Ribs were tiny and odd shaped, no meat, lots of fat. Hawaiian shaved ice had noice cream at the bottom..so..just a regular snow cone. Couldn't get sesame seeds without seaweed..despite pictures on thewall. Online menu items were not available. Won't be going back... Complete waste of money ???? Not worth the 1.5 hour drive. Customer service is horrible. I walked in there were no other customers. I ordered shaved ice. Then after I ordered, 4 different... groups came in and we're served before me. One of them even had 2 shaved ice orders with their order. I honestly wouldn'trecommend coming here for shaved ice. I came once before this and the machine was broken, so this time I tried to call ahead andno one answers the phone. I'm glad it was up and running this time because I would have been upset if I made the driveunnecessarily. Read more

Food was pretty good, but the two gals on staff weren?t the best and rude. The short ribs were marinated in teriyaki sauce which... just made them really salty. The chicken cutlet was deep fried and moist. Read more
I ordered a large chicken BBQ plate and got chicken katsu, and no katsu sauce. The rice was long grain, not short grain, the... chicken katsu was overcooked, and the macaroni salad was slightly better than pasta coated in mayonnaise. I could understandthe mistake if it were busy, but I was the only customer. I won't be returning to this place. Read more
