Every time I come or stop by this McDonald's in the morning is always close even on a Sunday like today, 11/13/2022 @7am it was... still close. It's 2022 and you'd think that a place like McDonald's would have service down to a science. Yet they only had one cashier... open, in addition to self checkout. The food quality was good, service speed was only fair. Read more
Worst McDonald's I've ever been too ! The employee didn't speak or understand English which made it very hard for him to get... orders correctly . We were wondering why the two in front of us were so upset. Found out quick enough when our orders were allwrong. The manager acted like we were interrupting her day ! She at least understood us. To the customers of the Lemmon Velley McDonald's I worked for McDonald?s for a year and a half at another location and later... moved on to this location for a changed and was shocked after my one and only shift at this location. There were many foodviolations, staffing issues, inadequate training, and unacceptable behavior from management. During my transition from thelocations I took a 6 month break from work. Therefore there were things that I need a moment to relearn before going off on myown during a shift. I was not given any instruction by staff other that to go to the back, take orders for both lines, and takecash all that the same time. This was beyond what I was able to manage at even my last job and I know from experience isn't aMcDonald standard. There was not a manager or employee on a headset that was able to assist me with any questions I had on newfood items or on using our computer system. Any time I did leave the back of the store it was impossible to find a manager orask anyone to answer a question in a timely manner. I was unfortunately yelled at by multiple customers because I couldn'thandle the jobs that were given to me all at once. During my 8 hour shift I witnessed little to no cleaning or proper disposalof dairy products. I was given one spoon to mix all coffees and ice coffees (which some do contain nuts). Standard McDonaldpractice is to get a new spoon for every drink. There were also boxes upon boxes of Happy meal apple juices and milks oncounters for longer than an hour that were not put away in refrigerators. Staff were also not trained on how to use the icecream machine so when mistakes were made ice cream was left on the counter tops for hours. Not to mention that none for theoreos, m&m?s, and brownies had spoons or dispenser to put into the mcflurries. Again this place messed up my order, I had ordered two triple cheeseburgers with my order and they where both single with 3... cheeses! I also ordered two Sundays and the sauce was literally on the side of the container, both of them and they where placein the bag like hello. Your night crew is the worst I?ve ever seen! Read more
This has happened several times in Reno NV at different restaurants in different parts of town. This store opens at 5am it?s 545... and it?s closed... there?s one vehicle outside. I have never seen so many businesses opening late like I have here in Reno.Never report things or leave reviews but I was laughing at how embarrassing this is for these big companies. Service is terrible. Ordered happy meals for my girls and a number 2 for my wife One of my daughters wanted 4 nuggets they sent... 2 and in her fries box there was maybe 7 fries. Also we asked for girl toys (in this case if was spirit) both girls got fats andfurious toys. My wife burger was raw while in the drive through line on the phone with cooparte office they hung up becauseapparently waiting 2 minutes was not an option because my business is not important enough.
