I was going to give one star, but this has always been a good store. After a newer employee undercooked my Quarter Pounder, they... corrected this mistake later on. When I returned to the store I found out it was just a training issue. The staff was friendlyand understanding. They gave me fresh food that was hot and fully cooked. Thank you! Read more

Clearly Monica nor the girl working the drive up should be in this industry if they can?t add a simple $1.79 + $1.79. They... completely over charged us for mix and match items that we didn?t mix and match. Then continued to tell me I could only orderone sausage McMuffin for a $1.79. These women need to go back to grade school and learn simple math. Monica?s girl working thefront window was rude from the moment we ordered all the way up until we asked for her supervisor and in front of us trashed usto the supervisor. Shocking neither of them can do SIMPLE MATH. We asked for the owner she gave me the name Tom, refused to giveus a contact number for him and told us to call the 1800#. Even the polite lady on the customer side could do the simple mathand that these rude employees couldn?t be bothered to do or give us back the difference in price. Absolute tackiness ofemployees when they?re too lazy to even do simple math. Y?all were AWFUL. Your sausage McGriddle wasn?t on the mix and match andyour sausage McMuffin clearly says $1.79 A-la Cart. Rudest, uneducated people at this location. There was obviously no manager on duty. After paying almost $30 for 4 sandwiches and 3 medium fries, I was informed that I... needed to wait in the parking lot. 10 minutes later, I knocked on the door and finally got my food. The fries were not fresh,and the chicken sandwich (which they said was the reason I couldn't get my food at the window) was not even hot. The tomatoeswere mealy like they had been sitting out, sliced, for a couple of days. I noticed all the cars behind me were also waiting inline, meanwhile one of the employees was out doing something in the parking lot. When I tried to contact the restaurantdirectly, I was unable to. I've never in my life been in a McDonald's like this it was cold and unappealing and I didn't even order I just Took pictures... and Left... because of the unattractive dining area. The place was Empty. You could order on a screen in the lobby and plugin your computer at 1 of the tables. Simply not what I was looking for for lunch. Read more
