Food was cold. Fries really salty and the whole place need a good wipe down! It seem like one employee care. She was nice.
This location is very clean with a polite, efficient staff. The parking lot is a bit hard to navigate so pay attention. On... another note, when the staff realised I had a disabled person with me they went out of their way to accommodate us and it wasvery appreciated. Read more
we came here this morning to get some breakfast and we had ordered a few sausage mcmuffins however the mcmuffins were very stale... and one of them even had mold in it. very disappointed to say the least. my son ate a mcgriddle and said the chicken tasted likecardboard and plasticky. The breads on all of the sandwiches were very hard and dry not crispy. we will not be coming hereagain. staff were ok, and were willing to change the mcmuffins but even after that they still tasted pretty stale probablybecause not a lot of people come in the morning? we decided to give up n finish what we got. I work at a construction site down the road and went here for lunch the other day and didn't include any of the sauces that they... charger me for. I accept mistakes happen so when i went back I ordered and payed for my sauces again then checked the bag towhich had no sauces. I asked the lady for some ranch and she picked up 3 and threw them in the bag busting one open and gettingranch all over. When I asked for some.more sauces considering one was all over the bag and I paid for 5 she refused and said Ihad to pay again. I tried to explain that I paid today and yesterday and she said I'd have to come back another time to get mysauces and when I explained that this was another time she started screaming at me to call the number and get out of the way.Pretty disappointing that we have to pay.for sauces that are included with the meals and then pay again to actually receivethem. I love eating out at McD but this one at Steamboat Pkwy is a disaster. Play area is smelly and dirty, my kids went in and came... out complaining about sticky play area and it was smelling bad like nobody cleaned play area in months. Had the same badexperience with food too. Oil was dripping from my burger and fries were cold. Preparation time was long too, I went there at6:30 pm and it was not at crowded still they took about 20 minutes for my 2 happy meals and 2 burgers. Definitely not comingback here. McDonald's must have been in a rush for Black Friday. I just got my food about 9:00pm after a long day. I was asked to wait for... my 3 large fries so I assumed that they would be fresh. The we're definitely refried, dried out and hard and definitely not evenhot. So we're the nuggets I think the oil was dirty due to the bitter taste. The soft serve machine was working so we got icecream cones which is what distracted us from the food. I usually taste my fries hot out of the grease but at least the softserve was good.
