We moved here in June and they conveniently are out of ice cream (today) or the milkshake maker is broken. Just take it off the... menu if u don't want to sell it. You lose sales with us everytime because we just go elsewhere instead of ordering somethingelse. Do better! Read more
I drive for Uber eats. When I pulled up to this McDonald's the doors were locked. I went to go through the drive through and it... was blocked off. I finally saw some people going in-and-out of the door that faced the street. There was pandemonium in thebuilding. Customers yelling at the employees.. Customers complaining that they didn't get their full order. I looked in the bagafter I asked is everything in there. The employees said yes. I saw drinks, so I thought everything was in there. I had to drive10 miles out of my way, because the customer called me to say there was only drinks in that bag. Read more
Waited in line and finally got to the speaker just to be told ?hold on a second? 5 minutes later he came on the speaker wanting... our order. We ordered and asked why the 2 for 3.99 wasn?t showing on the screen and he rudely said ?it?ll show when you get tothe window is that everything now?? We politely said that was all and we get to the window and pay and he was just rude theentire time. And on top of that forgetting any of the sauce we had asked for. And inside is closed so we couldn?t even get it ifwe wanted to without waiting in line again. If you don?t want to work at a fast food place, just don?t? Why can?t I ever get a receipt from either window in the drive thru? My son?s burger looks like the cook was angry or something.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered two cheeseburgers a Coke and a number 3 which is a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese... when I got to the window and paid I got my food my price were extremely cold so I explained to them they both can they pleasegive me some fresh ones or at least warm when they asked me to pull around to the front and wait for the price I started to eatmy Double Quarter Pounder when i look at my hamburger patties halfway through the hamburger I noticed they were very very pinkdefinitely not something I felt comfortable eating Sony brought my fries out I showed the man my hamburger and said I'm sorrybut this is a little pink I don't feel safe eating this he rudely said what do you want me to do make you another one? Iresponded "yes please I'd greatly appreciate if you could." After a short wait for my new hamburger I opened the box to see thatit was just thrown in the Box sloppily with part of my Patty hanging out of the box and it looks like they scrape the scrapingsfrom the spatula into the hamburger I was disgusted at that point I do not want to eat. This is the worst McDonald's I haveever been too. Very rude customer service, horrible tasting food, poorly prepared Food & not a good place to eat!!!!! The two stars is for their tasty fries that continue to give me joy but the loss of three stars is for their service and their... lack of improvement. In addition to other failed attempts in following simple requests, they managed to put onions and picklesin my birger when asked not to. The only good thing about the employee's here is their consistency. Consistency in making goodfries and failing to fulfill customer's requests. I've worked for this establishment in the past and there really isn't muchdistraction, you just have to be able to read. They are just as skilled as the worker's on Keystone (Where they only accept cashafter midnight for the employee's to embezzle). Read more
Absolutely horrible service. One of the worst I have ever had. They messed up my order, gave me a slopped together burger (that... was not cooked and pink inside, disgusting) when I ordered a chicken sandwich, a spicy chicken, got a regular chicken. Called tolet them know at 8:45pm after a long day and got a so called manager name Yesenia. She didn?t care, couldn?t find the ordernumber, hung up on me and wanted the food back with receipt that night! I told her I?m not coming back after I?m home which is15, 20 minutes away. My daughter at this point said she just eat it because she has school early morning. She said bring foodback next day to remake or if not I don?t get it made again. I just want my money back I told her. She said she would not refundfor eaten food. Wth. you messed it up, it?s late and now your not at least apologetic for it. Unbelievable the attitude andrudeness I got and I was polite the whole time. I asked for main manager?s name there, and Yesenia let me know she is and shewould report it to regional manager. ATTITUDE. Just disgusted with my experience at this McDonald?s. No excuse to undercookfood, along with poor customer service . Hopefully they fix this and there customer experience especially with people that workthere and act like this.
