Early morning drive thru, 7:15, Saturday. My food was good, fresh, hot, sausage McMuffin with egg and scrambled eggs. My wife's... breakfast, sausage biscuit with egg, cold hard biscuit and her hashbrowns, cold to the touch. 15 minutes after they opened youwould think you would get warm food. Terrible service and rude manager! His name is Sidel!! He lied to me that he only had one kind of toys but actually he had all... kinds of toys. AND I saw he helped his friends to exchange the toys but he didn?t want to help me anymore. He gave me all sametoys!! He could definitely touch and feel what it was. NEVER go to this store again! BTW, this store still have a bunch of toysleft, but they?ve already posted a claim that they don?t have any toys outside the door. I suspect that he was trying to savethem and sell online!! Read more
Every table needed to be wiped down. Condiments go on the burger, not resting on top of the bun. The only reason I'm giving a 2... instead of 1 is cashier pointed out better deal I missed. They really need to hire someone to clean place up. Read more

Stopped by for breakfast twice on our stay in the area. On Chicken McGriddle order, buns were soggy on one, cooked right on... second. Sausage burritos seemed to have runny cheese on one, where it leaked out, and seemingly none on the second. I like afull soda, but then when you put in straw, it leaks onto the lid, and if not careful, spills onto lap when trying to take adrink. Order taker and cashier was friendly, and even staff at pick up window were helpful. Quick in and out, very efficient, service better than many others, just need a little better quality control. Food here and at every other location in Reno are consistently bad, and that's the only thing they get consistent. The food... isn't consistent, it's usually hit or miss if the food is Even remotely fresh and will taste good. It never looks like how theypromote it at all. They never actually get the order correct, And for whatever reason it is completely up to the franchiseeowner to determine what is offered at what times of the day. So at 10:00 in the morning you cannot purchase french fries at thislocation which is honestly ridiculous. They also charge for sauce now at almost every location when it should just come withthe food. Has my entire life and all of a sudden. It's like there's a sauce shortage. Not to mention half of them. McDonald's seems to be transitioning to a Non-Customer oriented philosophy. The quality of its food is down and the atmosphere... throughout the franchises seems sterile and weirdly hostile towards the walk-in customers. I remember the joy I had as a childin the 1970s when my mother would treat us to McDonald's. It feels like visiting a hi tech museum now. It is not the Staff,though they seem overworked and totally focused on the drive through, walk in customers are only a distraction now. But theystill do a decent job. The whole experience of the franchise is gone. Seems corporate greed and efficiency experts have killedit and left a really pretty zombie rotting away in its place. I am wondering when they'll start pimping 'bite sized' big macsfor a dollar and use vending machines at all locations....... I weep for what once was. Read more
