What a lovely surprise! We weren?t expecting much since we were just hungry and passing through from Tahoe to the... airport. There were 6 of us and we all ordered the $12 lunch special. It was great that we could all get small portions ofsomething different since we varied from vegetarians, pescatarians and other in the group. It was also Labor Day so very nice ofthem to honor the special. The server was such a polite man! He was very accommodating, answered all of our questions and gotall of the orders right. Portion sizes were huge, and everyone loved their food. I think the only thing people didn?t like werethe spring rolls because they were too greasy and bland. Flavors were strong! I have been coming here for over 2o years. I moved away and come back to see family. Every time we go for dinner the food... quality, great service and a clean and tidy atmosphere awaits you. Of the hundred plus times going I have NEVER beendisappointed. They take excellent care of their regulars. Would recommend again and again. Read more
We ordered the Shanghai dinner for two and the fried rice was spoiled. We told the server because it not only smelled bad but it... tasted worse. He offered to substitute for white rice we said no and at the end the manager expected us to pay for the fullprice. We did not agree and he only took off $4. The servers are nice too bad management is not. We do not recommend this placeat all. Read more

This was my first time there went for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated... in a corner booth by the bar. We were served very quickly with water. Our server was prompted, she asked us if we wanted tostart off with drinks. We placed our order and took some time to review the menu. We decided on ordering multiple items fromtheir appetizers. The food was perfect for 2. It was fresh and delicately severed. The service was top notch. I really enjoyedthe atmosphere. I look forward to a future visit and having a full dinner experience. Second visit here. I definitely reccomend lunch. I went by myself for dinner and couldn't get the dinner specials with only... one person. This limited my selection and I had to get 2 entrees. Lunch time is best to go here, or if dinner time don't go byyourself. Food was good though. Read more
