After driving 16 mins from where I live and not ordering from 1 of the 5 pizza places around me, I had high hopes. I ordered 2... large pizzas 16 wings & cheese bread they told me 15 mins. That 15 mins turned into 45 mins & I didn?t even get my cheese bread!Pizza was mediocre AF, wings were cold & very poor costumer service. Got my order wrong? would offer not offer discount for redelivery. Deliver guy was very rude and hung up on me. Pizza box was... left open when delivered. Not sure what they did to the pizza but very shady! Never again will I give my business to Papa Johns Read more
This place is either shady or incompetent. Last two times I ordered garlic breadsticks, I received 8 breadsticks when the... order clearly states 10 breadsticks. On top of that, two of them were dinky, half breadsticks, so its more like they aregiving me 7 breadsticks when clearly, the order says 10. They are ripping the customer off 30%. We have ordered the works pizza, and jalapeno poppers yesterday. Both were horrible tasting unlike before. The pizza was... tasteless, felt like baked a frozen pizza. We make better ones at home. The poppers were doughy. Not properly cooked. Sodisappointed. Read more
After re-locating to Reno two weeks ago after being away for 10 years. I have ordered twice from this location and both times my... order has been cancelled without warning. The first time was because I used Papa Rewards points to lower my delivery billwhich brought me below the $15.00 minimum. I do not have any issue with this other than it essentially makes it difficult touse Papa Rewards for delivery. The problem was that I did not receive a call from the store asking if I would like to addanything to my order. I ended up waiting over an hour for my pizza to be delivered even though it had been cancelled. I calledthe store and they explained the policy so I added an item to make it able to deliver. Could customer service be better?Certainly, but not a huge deal. We were able to sort it out. The real problem came when I placed an order today for pickup. Iused my free pizza code and made sure that it was for pickup so we could avoid the delivery issue from last time. I hopped inmy car and drove the 15 minutes down to the store. Upon arriving at the store, I called the number out front and the workerinformed me that my order had been cancelled. I asked why? He said because the owner denied the order because they cant begiving out free pizza's if they want to stay in business. He also told me that I was a problem customer because of the orderlast time. I have never in my life been called a problem customer. He said had I had ordered more pizza from them in the pastthey might have allowed the free pizza to go through. Again, I had just moved here so that was not an option but I do frequentPapa John's hence the Papa Rewards. He told me there was nothing he could do unless I wanted to add more items to the order. Unfortunately all parties involved lost. I didn't get my pizza and Papa John's lost a former loyal customer. 0-2 is not agreat welcome back to Reno. Read more
I was quoted a 25 to 35 minute wait time and these guys got to my door in just over 16 minutes! The pizza was good & quality was... not affected. Way to go guys! I will be ordering from you again for sure! Read more
We ordered two pizzas and cheese sticks. One of the pizzas, the chicken bbq, was wrong. We asked for no onions, sub banana... peppers. Leave the store, check our pizza and it has onions and no banana peppers. The guy taking the order took a minute to putin the order so we assumed it was correct. We absolutely hate onions so that was a waste. Thanks a lot. Read more
