Made an order 1hr and 20 min. before delivery and confirm the order would be delivered at the time I was told. I called 20 min.... after delivery time passed to see if they were running late, person stated no he was on his way, (we live 5 min min away)another, 55min our pizza was delivered, pizza was horrible, dry, (like it had been re-heated) the fries were old and terrible,and the wings were dry, hardly any sauce and were like shoe leather, literally! If you've got a working oven at home then this place is always worth it. They hook it up with some fairly large and utterly... delicious pizzas. And I usually don't admit this, but I buy the cookie dough just to eat it raw, don't try this at home kids. Read more

One time the music that was playing was a song rapping about cunnilingis, etc. There were two elderly ladies in the store at the... time as well. Another time one of the young gentlemen in the back was doing push-ups on the dirty floor to show off to hisco-workers I assume. Another time they made our pizza wrong and forgot some toppings and when I came back to get the pizza wepaid for the customer service I received from the supervisor was less than desirable as I could tell they didnt want to make itright and I had to push for them to do it. We actually left a review for that time and talked to the owner who was veryapologetic but... This time I came in after my mom ordered over the phone and they charged us for larges even though we orderedmediums and when I asked about it the supervisor said "Don't worry I already talked to your mom on the phone and have the 4dollar off coupon to make the difference." And the coupon had nothing to do with them charging us for larges. It was just acoupon she gave them a code for. That supervisor (blondish dude) is super shady for sure. 4 for 4 on them screwing up my pizzas. They don't give you what you order. I had the wrong pizzas 4 times in a row now. And also... when you order a family size pizza its thin crust. They use dough from a medium and just make it fit the family size tray sodont ever expect regular crust. If you want papa murpheys goto another location. This one just can't get it right. Read more

The two times we've been to this location they messed up our order. This time they overcharged us too. Their hours keep changing... and even if you tip them they don't do a good job. We've happened to stop here because it was on our way somewhere, but itdefinitely isn't worth it. We ordered 3 pizzas from this location and after we cooked them we realized that two of the pizzas did not have the Canadian... bacon on them (which we had paid extra for). I called the store and explained the problem. They said to they had run out of theCanadian bacon and someone should have said something when we picked up the pizzas. She told me the only thing they could do washave us bring the cooked pizzas back and they would put another topping on them. They refused to give me credit for the toppingswe did not get. Called in an order and it was ready when I got there. This was my first time at Papa Murphys. I order the Chicken, bacon and... artichoke pizza. I loved it! It cooked up perfectly and with a thin crust, it satisfied without overloading me. Ingredientstasted fresh and yummy. Always a good experience. A very good pizza at a great price. There is always a special going on so you can snag a large for $10... or less. Personally, I really like their thin crust. It has a very nice texture and flavor. Plus it lowers the carbs if you arecounting. Also, they are known for their Valentine's heart pizzas and their Jack O'Lantern Halloween pizzas.
