Horrible horrible!! Stay away from this place We place an order over the phone and went inside to pick it up and it says it?s... not ready we already waited for more than 30 mins. And what?s the worse they play it off like we just called and place the orderfor 5 mins ago! What gets me so bad is the lying part! And our food still not ready we waited for a whole a hour!!!!!! I've been going to this place for a long time. The quality of food has been consistent and was one of my favorite asian places,... until recently. I don't know if they got a new chef or the market is making it hard to get good ingredients, but the quality offlavor has dropped a lot. It's not seasoned or as juicy as it once was. The customer service is still great but I wish the foodwasn't as bland. I don't want to sound hurtful, but I can't justify eating here anymore. Read more
I've been dining in at this restaurant for a long time. Each time is not a disappointment at all as far as taste is concerned.... There are some selection that are more quantity than your stomach can handle. Some plates have a very good delicious items butless portions which leaves you wanting more. I can see that but the price is a bit too much to get second plates. Other thanthat, I've tried most of the food in their menu and I always leave with a very good attitude. I do come here a lot. This is AUTHENTIC Pho in Reno. (and I've had Pho in Hanoi). The owner and the staff are great, as is the food. Easily equal to... or better than what you can get in San Francisco, only there's free parking right in front of the restaurant. I really likedish No. 24, which I have all the time. Read more
If you want a great variety of Asian food; this is the place to be. Tonight I had the spicy seafood ramen and the spring rolls... with hot tea. The Spicy Seafood Ramen has a robust flavors that me your mouth water and the spice to bring some heat. Perfectcombination of flavors and spice. The ramen has shrimp, fish ball, imitation crab, calamari, and fish cake slices, white onion,green onion and wavy ramen noodles. The both is extremely tasty and most importantly the price is right. Around $15 The Springrolls have BBQ pork and shrimp. Very refreshing and delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Their menu is vast andall the food I have tried here has been great. Nice looking soup. Too bad it has no flavor. Boiled rice noodles with beef and vegetables. Condiments dish rather lean on... jalapeños. Do not judge pho by what this place serves. This is not a place that would attract pho affectionados. Basicallytruck stop pho. There are much better places nearby. Read more
