Very fresh ingredients in both the salad and pizza. Had a picnic back at the motel.
I called pizza guys at 9:30. They put me on hold for five minutes as I was driving up to the store. When I got to the store... tonight at 9:38 the store was closed, lights off and I was still on hold. I left the store already but I should have taken apicture. Its highly unprofessional to close the store while a customer is still on hold. Thats really upsetting. I dont usuallyleave reviews but really pizza guys that was pretty bad customer service. Ordered through Grubhub, apparently they use their own drivers. Ordered at 850 pm, said out for delivery by 920 pm. By 1025 when... it had been saying the driver was close for about 20 min I finally contacted customer service. Apparently the restaurant didn?thave any drivers available and they would probably have left it as order arriving soon if I hadn?t contacted them. So now mostrestaurants are closed, money won?t be refunded til probably next business day and that is a great example of terrible service Read more
Just got my pizza. It arrived with most of the topping so burnt they didn't even stick to the pizza. Called to complain about... the quality, was put on hold for almost 10 minutes just to hear the phone picked up and immediately hung up. Not sure what'shappened with the staff but this is the worst service I've had from them. Read more
The pizza I ordered was great, I have a large team who all like something different and they were all happy! But I'm really... writing this review because of the customer service Mark has provided, he deserves all the stars and deserves to be recognized. When I couldn't get my order placed on the website, I called in and placed my order with Mark who was actually able to save mealmost $20 on my order. Then...when I realized almost two weeks later that I lost the receipt for my expense report, I called tosee if I could get a copy of the receipt. He didn't even hesitate, he had it pulled up in less than a minute and had it to myinbox in less than 5. For someone who works for a Company that's huge on providing excellent customer service, I reallyappreciate it when others provide it as well. Thank you Mark! Read more
9 times out of 10 my pizza is barely warm when it's delivered, even though the place is less than 5 mins from my house. They... almost ALWAYS forget the icing with my twist, which is fine, but yall didn't even put cinnamon on it this time. For real. Whatam I gonna do with fried dough. You can have it back. Read more
Their new Curl and Crisp double pepperoni pizza is good. I omitted the 3 cheese blend and just went with extra mozzarella... cheese instead. Next time I'll ask for light sauce as I don't care for so much sauce that when you get up to the crust end thesauce dribbles out onto my shirt. I had asked for thin crust and I'm not sure I got it or the regular crust. To me it wasn'tthin. But it all tasted good and I'll be back. Read more
The pizza is ok. I like the different specialty pizzas. The toppings however are pretty skimpy. Both of our pizzas Saturday... night had a 2" wide crust, everything was in the middle. 2 bites of a large slice and all that's left was bread. Read more
