Really rude survive and the management is supper aggressive and rude infront of children and could handle things more... professionally he should be writing up or fired my son was extremely upset and he's 3! I don't not care what the situation is noone should ever act in that way around children period! And it's way over priced to be treated like that I will not step footback in to this Particular Port Of subs has a completely new staff. Including the guy in charge I didn't catch his name Ireally don't care but he is a hot head and I do not appreciate it! If you eat sandwiches but don't like making them, then this is the place to go to. They make delicious sandwiches right in front... of you and I personally recommend eating the number nine (pastrami and swiss cheese). Read more
This Port of Subs was in the perfect location! I had a family member arriving at the Reno-Tahoe Airport and wanted the vegie... sandwich, #6, for the ride home. Service was fast and sandwich fresh and made to order. Thank you Port of Subs! Read more
It does need more toppings on the subs..bun ratio is too high .

I don?t usually leave reviews, but this deserved one. The staff was super friendly, but my issue was with other problems. I... ordered a vegetarian wrap, so obviously I don?t eat meat. They tried to start my sandwich while helping someone in front of mewho was ordering about 5 subs. They were laying my wrap on top of these open sandwiches with meat of them and kept moving itaround. I would have happily waited until they were finished helping this customer so my wrap could lay on the counter, notsomeone else?s salami. Then they were serving avocado that was obviously brown - it did not taste good. To top it off, I found apiece of plastic in my wrap after a few bites. Very unsatisfying. Read more
my family and I have been using this location for a while now, and now because of the convenience of the location we order from... work too, although customer service has not been the greatest, we have continued to use this location. Today My mom and I wentin to order and the lady seemed to be in a bad mood or something. I don't expect to have them smiling and bouncing off the wallwith joy, but today she seemed like she was forcefully working. I ordered my first 2 sandwiches and she was very short withanswering to what I was asking about the sandwich. I then proceeded to order more sandwiches, but she had a bad attitude andseemed to be annoyed that I was ordering more.
