(Edited review) I had the best experience today 10/4/2022 the drive through assistant was amazing!! It was approximately... 4:30ish. I didn?t get his name, but I want to make sure that he is recognized for his hard work and dedication to the companyand to the customer. Excellent job with the order and marking the sandwiches which is rare. He needs a raise!!! ???? To whom it may concern: I was a regular at this Port A Subs and I no longer go here. Over the last couple weeks, my boyfriend... and I have ordered through the drive through twice and did one online order and the topping were mixed up or left off each time.If it was one time, I understand that. Some days are off. But after the third time I felt it was important to let someone know.Please do something about this. Thank you. Read more
I paid for four 4 sandwiches and when I got home I opened them to find a bunch of smashed bread all of the requested toppings... missing and half of the ingredients that are supposed to come on the orders. This is a fast food chain y'all literally surviveoff of consistency. But I sure as hell won't be coming to this location again. And before some bot replies to this with aplease email us at whatever. I already did and the 10$ to fix my large order is kinda insulting and ill just go to the subwayfrom now on. Read more
This place is awesome! I needed a great spot that everyone liked for a work lunch meeting. The team at this Port of Subs took my... call, accommodated our tax-exempt status, and the sandwiches were exactly what we ordered, which seems like a rarity these days.The staff even helped me out to my car with my pick-up. Wife and I ordered 2 grilled sandwiches. Dasher delivered, sandwiches were not grilled and were cold. 1 sandwich was zesty... Buffalo chicken. Called store for refund or credit. Store was absolutely no help. Now doordash is helping us. Port of subs doesnot care about there customers. Sad Read more
Great food and FABULOUS service! I squeaked in at literally the last minute into the drive through, and the guys working were... so sweet and made me the BEST sandwich! I love that this store is so close to my house, I'll definitely be back! Read more
